What can I say about Trattoria pizzeria Gran Paradiso, a small trattoria in a village near Tivoli, a nice, well-kept and clean environment, it has the entire internal room and also a nice, very spacious outdoor area that can be covered if necessary. Three of us go to lunch after booking, as soon as we arrive we are greeted by a very kind and smiling waiter, he accompanies us to the table for three and provides us with a small table nearby to put our things, so I can say good customer service. We see the menu which is very simple for a trattoria but well-stocked and varied, they immediately bring us water and we order. The first courses arrive, all very good, fresh pasta, the right seasoning and the right portion. The second courses are also very good, tasty arrosticini, well-cooked sausage. The baked potatoes are very good, they accompany the meal well. List of various homemade desserts described by the waiter, very good and tasty. During lunch we were always well looked after by the waiter even though the room was completely full. GREAT experience, we will definitely be back to try the pizzeria. I recommend a stop at this trattoria

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Gran Paradiso restaurant with my husband and our three little girls. The experience was excellent in every way. The exceptional quality of the dishes exceeded all expectations and made the evening wonderful! Everything is handmade from the bread to the first courses... speechless for the strozzapreti with pesto, diced buffalo mozzarella and pachino! Our little girls were able to play peacefully thanks to the large spaces available and we enjoyed the very pleasant evening accompanied by the piano bar! Convenient parking, a place that transmits serenity like few others..thanks to the staff and the owner...great professionalism!

I discovered this restaurant through a friend. I was with my family and we ate very well, a tonnarello with lemon thyme and saffron, really delicate, and a saltimbocca, good, good, my family took some fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and some ravioli, the same excellent desserts, also very good, I will return because I have to try the grill and the pizza

We have been to this restaurant several times and it is always a guarantee! Excellent dishes at a fair price, homemade pasta and excellent cuts of meat. We also participated in a dinner show and we had a lot of fun! Beautiful music and also the performances. We will definitely be back :)

Ristorante veramente carino e gestito benissimo. siamo stati a pranzo io, la mia compagna e il nostro canetto, ci hanno accolto con una super cordialità che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio il cibo è veramente buonissimo, servito con tutto l’amore che ci si aspetta da prodotti artigianali. se mai capiteremo a tivoli nuovamente, sapremo senza dubbio dove tornare. super soddisfatti di questa esperienza!

Il meglio che si possa trovare a Tivoli e non solo. Sono stato diverse volte in questo ristorante e ciò che ho trovato costantemente e’ stato: Qualità eccellente, accoglienza e servizio impeccabili e prezzi assolutamente in linea per non dire bassi in confronto al livello del locale. Consiglio di partecipare alle serate di pianobar del venerdì una vera chicca!

30/06/2025: Small pizzeria in the upper part of Viale Medaglie d'oro. Neat and tidy environment, both inside and outside. There aren't many tables also because they are properly spaced. Excellent fried food (the supplì cacio pepe e gamberi is worth applauding!), very good pizza, height and edge just the right balance between Roman and Neapolitan, perfect dough and cooking. Wide but not exaggerated choice between classic, revisited and "gourmet". Friendly and punctual service. Fair bill. Five stars deserved.
27/06/2025: By now there are no more secrets or things to discover, since the pizzeria at 384 has been a point of reference for Romans for years, but I say for all lovers of good food. The architect of this success is undoubtedly to be attributed to Roberto Ferrone, a talented young pizza chef, and his staff who, without much fanfare, have managed to transform this place into a shop of taste. The place is not very large but it is enough to accommodate customers both inside and outside. The menu includes traditional pizza and fried foods such as the classic suppli, but that's not all, in fact, next to the evergreens, this place offers delicacies depending on the season and the period, in this period for example they have on the menu the fried sandwich with Cetara red tuna, lime mayo and tomato. Let's talk about pizzas, here they use a selection of stone-ground flours, I like to define it as it has been defined, that is, a hybrid between Roman and Neapolitan, pronounced edge and thin center. The oven used is electric. Personally I have been coming here for a few years now and the thing that has always surprised me positively in addition to a long-lived dough capable of combining two traditions and the always balanced and harmonious topping, the rule of 384 and few but well-balanced ingredients. I cannot fail to mention this evening's pizza which in a certain sense embodies the meaning of my words, the thing that I particularly appreciated was the fact that the porchetta was not put in cooking but rather out of the oven and I won't even say the reason why I agree with the pizza chef, the success of a place lies in the fact of maintaining the desire and passion for cooking as if you always had to please a small audience of customers, forgive the term a food shop, these guys have not lost their hunger and desire to assert themselves in a panorama that today is characterized by stereotypes dictated more by a vision of social purposes that will bring visibility, but I believe that even today authenticity is still a precious gift that few possess. Keep it up guys.
