When I'm at Trattoria da Gino, I really feel like I'm at "Da Gino." Top. Highly recommended! I highly recommend it! It's a guarantee! Quality products, fresh, delicious ingredients (fish)! The portions are generous! My favorite dish is the first course, "Spaghetti with Clams," and they serve it really well at this restaurant. I was there not long ago, on the evening of All Saints' Day. The quality/price ratio for two people was very good. For three courses, including dessert each.

A pleasant welcome and professional staff. We were seated on the outdoor terrace, but the experience quickly soured: invaded by mosquitoes, we had to cut our meal short before dessert. The dishes remain beautifully presented, but the portions have significantly shrunk. The €25 plate of fried seafood lacked flavor and accompaniments, and the €6 grilled vegetables were limited to a few pieces. In short, pleasant service but disappointing value for money. The establishment has lost its generosity and quality compared to previous years.

We stopped in for lunch by chance. Delicious cicchetti paired with good white wine! We'll definitely be back for a more in-depth dinner. Charming location with a lovely veranda at the back overlooking the lagoon.

13/10/2025: If you're a craft beer lover, you'll want to drink it even when you're in Italy. This might be the only beer bar that offers that. I asked for an IPA recommendation and was introduced to EVOQE and LUCKY BREW, both of which are breweries in Veneto, though they're far away. The latter also has a D-IPA, which I preferred. There are 21 taps, and it's cash-on-delivery. There's an indoor area, but everyone drinks while enjoying the fresh air along the waterfront. There's no bridge nearby, so it's a bit of a hassle to cross here, but I'm glad I came. For a light snack, I had some Polpetie, or maybe a croquette, which was also delicious.

11/11/2025: Fantastic lunch on the terrace at Osteria da Gigetto! The location is lovely, quiet, and offers a beautiful view of the pretty, colorful houses and a small canal. The sunny terrace was a real treat, and the decor was charming. The service was provided by very friendly and welcoming young people. Thank you! The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. There was a good selection on the menu, mostly fish-based, but there was something for everyone. The recommended white wine by the glass was very good and served nice and chilled, and the Spritz Select was well-made. We chose the Duo de Saor and the Assortment of Appetizers della Casa (all fish), which were both tasty and very generous. The assortment of appetizers could easily be shared between two people. For our main course, we had the pasta with clams from the lagoon, and it was delicious. It was also very generous and flavorful. For dessert, the tiramisu was good. The prices are in line with the quality and the portions. We will be back! P.S.: Some servers speak four languages ​​(French, English, Spanish, and German), so it's convenient for those who don't speak Italian or English. P.S. 2: We've lived in Italy for 10 years, so we've eaten countless pasta alle vongole dishes to judge the quality!
