Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with typical appetizers like peppers with bagna cauda, a trio of fresh raw meats, and among the first courses: tajarin with black truffle, excellent! And tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms. The second courses also don't disappoint: sliced Fassona beef with roast potatoes, a trio of carpione with chicken, veal, and vegetables, and finally desserts like chocolate bunet with amaretti biscuits and the classic stuffed peach.
The location is typical of a classic trattoria, and the service is punctual and welcoming. The chef was very hospitable, and even earned the compliments of my table. Good Piedmontese cuisine, plentiful, and at the right price? Trattoria Piemontese, you're on the safe side.

I expected better, the prices are good but the portions are a bit small.

Good Piedmontese cuisine.
Excellent value for money given its central location.

Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Excellent food, homemade pasta, including gnocchi. My favorite is the ragout. Food for palates not accustomed to junk food, like McDonald's. 😂

Excellent food, a welcoming, typical trattoria-style setting, exceptional gnocchi, and compliments to Walter and thanks to Valentina for the excellent service. We're now regulars, and we're sure you'll want to try the entire menu!
P.S. Try asking for the generous portions if you're a big eater.

We visited this traditional restaurant with a group of six, booking in advance.
The mixed starters and vitello tonnato were excellent and a nice way to try different antipasti. For the main course, we shared the ragu gnocchi and cheese gnocchi—both really tasty. Five portions easily fed all six of us. Dessert was a light, homemade tiramisu paired with limoncello.
The service was fast and attentive, and the warm, lively atmosphere made it feel like a popular spot for families and friends.
The bill was very reasonable, coming to just about €22 per person, including water and wine. A great place for authentic, tasty Italian food!

A historic neighborhood trattoria with a good reputation and frequented mostly by longtime diners.
I've personally been there several times; the food is quite good and the portions generous, but, still sticking to traditional cuisine, I think you can find better in Turin these days.
I think it's declining somewhat over the years, plus the atmosphere is a bit shabby and the service isn't particularly inviting. It's worth a try; some people rave about it, while others say it's not what it used to be. Give it a try and see for yourself.

(For two)
Good traditional food. The gnocchi (1st choice of the menu) were very nice but the quantity was maybe too much, depending on how much you usually eat. 🫣
The hamburger was actually two beef patties without bun (or anything else ?) – just potatoes and sauces as sides. But at least the steaks were nice 🤷🏻♀️
In conclusion : you can go, it's tasty and approved 👍🏻

Consigliato !!!
