I find this trattoria incredible. The atmosphere is very elegant and pleasant. The menu features very interesting and tasty reinterpretations of traditional Emilian dishes. The service is impeccable and the prices are very fair. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back soon.

Trattoria Piazzetta in San Giovanni in Persiceto is certainly a lovely place. Although it's small, with a main dining room seating about ten tables and a more intimate room with four, softly lit, suitable for couples' dinners, it possesses a certain charm that makes it special. The decor is a mix of modern and traditional, with exposed brick walls and ceilings. Trattoria Piazzetta takes its name from the small square in the historic center where it's located. Its distinctive feature is that the low buildings surrounding it are decorated with murals across the entire façade. It's worth a visit, even in broad daylight, to appreciate the craftsmanship of the frescoes. I'd like to clarify that I gave 3 stars to the trattoria's cuisine and not to the location. My personal reasons for giving it 3 stars (out of 3) stem from my experience as a tourist this evening in San Giovanni in Persiceto. Specifically, - my tagliata portion was meager, 6 or 7 small slices of sirloin (about 200 grams), served medium-rare, with the same number of baked potato wedges (about 100 grams) that served as a side dish, but were also burned. (€19) - some slices of bread, included in the service charge, were rather dry, while others were not; perhaps cut too early or... bhooc... (€3) - the still, microfiltered water had a strange, cork-like taste, truly unusual. (€2) In my opinion, these points can be improved with little effort. Praise, however, for: - the welcome plate with 3 tiny meatballs in tomato sauce and a toasted bread chip. Delicious. (free) - The appetizer, 1 raw beef tartar garnished with soft goat cheese and pepper sauce. The plating is flavorful and original. (€13) - The service is excellent.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday and everything was perfect. The €35 combo menu was excellent, we ate a lot and had a variety. We drank some good wine. The location in the little square is obviously gorgeous, but perhaps even better inside! Thank you for everything, I confirm that this management is attentive and does what it deserves.

I went with my friends on Thursday, September 11th. What a delightful discovery! Delicious place, excellent and unique food, quality wine, and very kind staff. I highly recommend it and I hope to be back very soon.

Very good food, very good service, and highly recommended. We had the set menu, and it was very good. The courses came one after the other with short breaks, without it becoming stressful. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by, but make a table reservation.

La posizione è davvero suggestiva in questa piazzetta immersa nei fantastici murales di Gino Pellegrini. Essendo in luglio, ma con luna temperatura perfetta, siamo riusciti a mangiare fuori con una bellissima atmosfera. Da bravi golosi, abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione a sei portate e non ci ha per niente deluso: le logiche della cucina locale ripensate in un formato più moderno e a volte fusion. Servizio semplice ma simpatico ed efficace. Prezzo, almeno per noi milanesi, assolutamente adeguato. Ci torneremmo.

Ho trovato un menu vario e piatti originali buoni sia dal punti di vista della presentazione che del gusto. In estate con i tavoli all'aperto acquista valore per la scenografia dei murales di Gino Pellegrini, prezzi non popolari ma giustificati dall'offerta gastronomica. Migliorabile il servizio.
