The restaurant is always very intimate and characteristic. With the new management the menu is traditional to the right point, with some reinterpretations that are very good. The staff is really kind, attentive and professional. The bombette rifare all'emiliana are highly recommended. Compliments to the staff and keep it up!!!

A guarantee! We tried this place intrigued by the fact that the management is now the same as the Enoteca Sant'Apollinare, of which we are already regular customers. The venue is intimate and refined. A proposal that recalls traditional dishes but is absolutely modern in its plating and execution techniques.

I enjoyed the pleasant environment

The setting is one of the most magical places in Persiceto, the welcome is that of those who have now become Persiceto. As customers of the wine shop we couldn't help but try the new challenge (in my opinion already won from the start) of the gastronomic offer of the Piazzetta. It has all it takes to become a culinary pilgrimage destination. We ate well and honestly spent little, the service was present but never oppressive. Right times, real, lively and original flavors (the gyoza ravioli filled with Bolognese ragù... but what can I tell you...♥️) I think it will soon be impossible to book quickly. Well done guys, we are with you in this project ✨

We went to try out the new management of La Piazzetta and what can I say... passed with flying colors! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends. The menu is a nice surprise: tradition and innovation come together beautifully (try the gyoza with Bolognese ragù!). Excellent wines and fair prices for the quality and service. Trattoria with new management in 2025 located in the little Bethlehem square famous for its beautiful murals. A place with attention to the smallest details, very welcoming, excellent service, a menu where you can taste typical Emilian and non-Emilian dishes, reinvented with combinations of flavors that make them exceptional. I recommend trying it, it's worth it.

I ate at Trattoria La Piazzetta on the day it opened under the new management, precisely on 01.29.2025. Very nice and welcoming place, heated just right, relaxing and tasteful music, soft and well-arranged lights make the environment truly light. Delicious food: menu not only traditional from Emilia but with dishes well thought out to satisfy the tastes of many people, including vegetarians! The service is fast, kind and friendly! Andati domenica a pranzo, non sapendo che in questa occasione, c'è un solo menù molto ridotto. Venendo al dunque, veramente piacevole la location e l'atmosfera casalinga. Per il cibo, lasagne eccezionali, il secondo, arrosto al latte, insignificante e arrivato freddo, le scaloppine ai funghi gradevoli ma piene di panna, i pomodori gratin assolutamente no, con due dita di pane sopra. Prezzi forse leggermente alti per la zona, bisognerebbe ritornare per provare piatti del menù completo. Diciamo che mi aspettavo di più....

Il contesto estivo in cui abbiamo cenato è molto carino ed i piatti tipici (in particolare tortellini e tagliatelle), sono veramente buoni. Il personale è gentile e la serata è trascorsa bene, quindi nulla da recriminare a riguardo. I prezzi sono esposti e quindi al momento del conto non si può rimanere sorpresi. Purtroppo credo che i prezzi di alcuni piatti andrebbero ritoccati a ribasso perché seppur qualitativamente ottimi, stonano con la definizione di "trattoria tradizionale" e di ciò che può offrire. Ad esempio un sorbetto ad 8€, la mortadella alla griglia a 16€ ed il tortellino in brodo/fonduta a 17€ (sono perfettamente in linea con gli standard offerti da molti ristoranti in centro a Bologna, ma il contesto è sensibilmente diverso). Avere una sola persona che si destreggia tra sala e cassa ha generato errori che non devono accadere perché a rimetterci è il cliente). Ci sono stati addebitati un calice di vino ed un contorno che non abbiamo consumato (scontrino allegato). Non chiesti, addebitati e portati al tavolo. Fatti rientrare in cucina e mai tolti dalla comanda (un calice di vino ad esempio mi è stato portato al tavolo mentre sravo ancora bevendo il primo ed ho detto "lascialo pure al bancone che lo bevo dopo". Quando sono andato a prendermelo probabilmente è stato segnato di nuovo...bevevo solo io al tavolo quindi non sbaglio a riguardo). Purtroppo me ne sono accorto solo oggi, parlandone con mia moglie perché ero sbalordito per il conto. Sono cose che non dovrebbero succedere, ma sono sicuro al 110% che sia stato fatto senza malizia perché la persona in sala non si è fermata un attimo. Me ne sarei potuto accorgere anche io, mea culpa. Mio figlio ha mangiato solo i tortellini (ha 2 anni) ed Il conto a persona adulta, escludendo le portate "sbagliate", si aggira sui 53€ a testa (considerando che abbiamo preso 2 calici di vino e non una bottiglia che in 5 ci sarebbe stata). Ribadisco che il prezzo per me è alto (opinabile), considerando l'appellativo di "trattoria tradizionale".Quattro stelline sarebbero perfette visto che abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati trattati in egual maniera, però se ad ogni tavolo ci sono distrazioni del genere, ne perde la credibilità del locale. Se spendo 53€ a testa (con bottiglia di vino ed un paio di amari in più, sarebbero stati 58/60), mi aspetto menù e servizio diversi.
