A trattoria with a lovely atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. My friends and I ordered both the first courses and the meat course, and everything was excellent and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

The first course was macaroni and the second course was a Florentine steak cooked rare. Both were delicious.

A typical Vicenza trattoria with a simple menu that includes first courses such as egg pasta like fettuccine, macaroni, tagliatelle, tortellini, or risotto with Amarone wine.
Grilled second courses such as mixed grill, variously cooked cuts of meat, or goulash. Seasonal side dishes such as baked potatoes, Catalogna, and raw salad.
Homemade cakes such as tiramisu, sbrisolona served with local grappa, chocolate and parmesan cake with dried fruit, panna cotta, and berry cheesecake.
The menu includes gluten-free options for celiacs. The price is fair, and the service is a bit slapdash, in the sense that they're not very present and the dishes don't all arrive at once.
However, it's a restaurant I'd return to if I wanted something good at a fair price.
There's on-site parking, but it only has 6-7 spots, no more.

Trattoria da Osei
I was passing through the area with my family, and when lunchtime arrived, I opened Google Maps to search for a nearby restaurant. After a couple of clicks, and thanks in part to its 4.5-star rating, I chose Trattoria da Osei.
I'll start by saying: from the outside, it's not a particularly inviting place to stop, but don't be fooled. Inside, it's a completely different story: a modern, well-maintained setting, and very friendly staff who welcomed us and seated us without any problems.
The first small "negative" note: the tables are quite close together. We were lucky enough to have room for a stroller, but overall, the place isn't very stroller-friendly. For example, to go to the bathroom, I had to move the people at our neighbors' tables.
As for the food, we ordered three first courses and an appetizer, along with two bottles of water and a large coffee, for a total of €46.80. The portions were just right and the dishes were simply good, without anything particularly impressive. The wait times were reasonable, and the service was average.
We weren't offered a high chair, but one of the girls doesn't need one and the other is too small, so I'm not sure if they have one.
A sore point about the bathrooms: they're mixed-use. The disabled toilet and changing table are a plus, but unfortunately, they weren't spotless. I understand the squat toilet, but the disabled toilet should always be kept very clean, as it's essential for those who need it.
Overall, despite some improvements, I liked the place and would recommend it.

Clean and tidy. The staff is courteous and helpful, with very clear explanations of the dishes. The menu is quite extensive, and the food is delicious and impressive. It's also easily accessible for people with disabilities.

To celebrate our twelfth anniversary, I chose Trattoria agli Osei, a restaurant near my house that, strangely, we'd never tried before.
The decor is from a few years ago, but everything is well-kept and tidy, which conveys a certain familiarity and attention.
I had booked a table for two, and from the reviews I'd noticed that the Amarone risotto is only prepared for a minimum of two people. Over the phone, I asked if it was possible to make it without the onion in the soffritto, and they confirmed that I could specify this directly when ordering.
The menu concept was very nice: a small table is brought to you with a chalkboard listing all the daily specials. An original and rustic touch.
For our second course, we ordered a mixed grill with a side of potatoes. The wait time was normal.
The risotto arrived in a generous portion, enhanced by a generous amount of melted Monte Veronese cheese. The grill included a steak, pancetta, two ribs, and a sausage.
Overall, the food was good but average. We weren't particularly impressed, but it was still a pleasant evening in a quiet atmosphere.
