Trattoria Ometto In Carrara

Historic restaurant in Bedizzano, which I highly recommend for its pizzas: delicious! It is not for nothing that the pizza chef has participated and won the world championships in the past. The restaurant is on the road, at the beginning of the town. It is very pleasant to eat outside, on the large white marble tables, with a view of the surrounding mountain. Prices of the (special) pizzas are not exactly cheap (around 15 euros), but commensurate with the quality of the raw materials.

I ate well. Service ok. The only problem is that the room is large and therefore very noisy. Alright. You can't have everything.

Rustic/semi-elegant place. Nestled in the mountains of Bedizzano overlooking the marble quarries... it offers a very beautiful view of nature. The food is very good. Typical but excellent food. To return. 🤙

Super gluten-free pizza! Refined dough and excellent ingredients!

Una pizza spettacolare da buon Casertano posso dire che ho mangiato una pizza buonissima mai vista in vita mia, cinghiale e salamino. Spettacolare, servizio ottimo e una vista mozzafiato sulle cave di marmo. Lo consiglio ci ritornerò.

A wonderful place among the marble mountains! An enchanting view, very welcoming staff and delicious food!

Excellent food and truly beautiful view. The only negative was the service. The tall girl with the ponytail and short hair, in fact, wasn't too friendly. I asked her if she could bring a spoon to my girlfriend to share the dessert and she made a disgusted face and replied "I understood this" in an annoyed way, when I had asked her politely once, not 10 The same girl had another similar outing with my grandfather who had asked him for a coffee, to which she replied "the coffee is brought after the dessert" always in an annoyed way, as if it were an obvious thing and he had been stupid to ask. I also worked as a waiter, and therefore I can understand the tiredness and workload when there are so many people, but I have always been taught respect and friendliness towards the customer. I pointed this out to the girl at the register (not the waitress) who however apologised.

Exquisite food, excellent service, very beautiful and clean environment where marble reigns supreme, spectacular views of the marble quarries, low price. Worth more than one visit.
