I'm touring the Val d'Orcia. The restaurants in the various towns are all gourmet and sell themselves as great experiences.... The rendezvous is simple, but the owner is lightning-fast and kind, and what a lunch. Picci cacio e pepe and Florentine steak cooked as it should be cooked... great... the best in the valley.

The boss is very nice! On the first night of Christmas at 10:30 PM, we couldn't find any restaurants open, but this place warmly responded: "We will wait for you!"

Fantastic food, pleasant atmosphere, the owner is a sweetheart, he welcomes you, serves you, and is also the chef of the kitchen, the best Pici I've had in Tuscany!

We were tempted by the reviews, and what can I say? We were not disappointed. The food was simply delicious (we had pici with wild boar and a Fiorentina steak – over a kilo, wine, beer, schnapps, and tiramisu). We were also asked what music we would like to listen to 😁. We can only share the positive reviews and recommend not being swayed by the entrance – the real gem (food and service) is inside. The owner is simply fantastic. The evening will be unforgettable. Thank you!

A unique experience on our trip. The service was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and communicative. Upon entering, I was asked what music I wanted to listen to. That's never happened to me before. Our dishes were exceptionally good and were explained to us in detail. For dessert, we had a tiramisu made by the daughter of the house herself. It was exceptionally good. To finish, we were treated to two limoncello shots on the house.
Be careful, the exterior is deceiving. The restaurant is clean, the chef is friendly, and the food is exceptionally good. We haven't had better food in Tuscany yet.
A must-visit 😃.
