Family dinner on a Monday evening, the place was quite busy despite the daytime. Very attentive and friendly service. I recommend the vitello tonnato and the raw meat, but the dish that gets an A+ for me is the tagliolini with butter and Cantabrian anchovies on a cream of roasted peppers, toasted breadcrumbs, and crusco peppers.

Delicious food, good service, but it's a shame about the unexpected 40-minute wait to be seated despite a reservation. It would deserve 5 stars, but it's a shame, but it's delicious.

Good, but not great.
Centrally located restaurant.
Piedmontese cuisine.
A shame about the gnocchi with toma cheese, honey, and hazelnuts. Given the restaurant's philosophy, I expected them to be artisanal, handmade, but the taste was reminiscent of packaged food.
The stew and cabbage with bagna cauda were good.
The tartare of Fassona beef with mandarin jam was good—a great idea. The hazelnut cake was decent… the chocolate drizzle should be warm, not cold, given the season.
The waiter was courteous… perhaps a few more smiles were needed, especially from the owner, who should make guests feel special since they've chosen to eat at her restaurant.
Pasquale is the best! He works tirelessly with dedication. Well done.

Excellent food; some of the staff could use a smile. The atmosphere is nice, but it's crowded with tables and, above all, very poorly soundproofed (although the outcome depends a lot on how close the tables are to each other and how loudly they choose to raise their voices or the number of diners present).
