Exquisite traditional Piedmontese dishes, friendly and attentive staff, and reasonable prices. The term "trattoria" is perhaps an understatement for the quality. Highly recommended.

Family dinner on a Monday evening, the place was quite busy despite the daytime. Very attentive and friendly service. I recommend the vitello tonnato and the raw meat, but the dish that gets an A+ for me is the tagliolini with butter and Cantabrian anchovies on a cream of roasted peppers, toasted breadcrumbs, and crusco peppers.

Delicious food, good service, but it's a shame about the unexpected 40-minute wait to be seated despite a reservation. It would deserve 5 stars, but it's a shame, but it's delicious.

Good, but not great. Centrally located restaurant. Piedmontese cuisine. A shame about the gnocchi with toma cheese, honey, and hazelnuts. Given the restaurant's philosophy, I expected them to be artisanal, handmade, but the taste was reminiscent of packaged food. The stew and cabbage with bagna cauda were good. The tartare of Fassona beef with mandarin jam was good—a great idea. The hazelnut cake was decent… the chocolate drizzle should be warm, not cold, given the season. The waiter was courteous… perhaps a few more smiles were needed, especially from the owner, who should make guests feel special since they've chosen to eat at her restaurant. Pasquale is the best! He works tirelessly with dedication. Well done. The quality/price ratio is unbalanced. Location: 8 Menu: 8 Service: 7 Bill: 6 Quality: 7 Total: 36/50 —> 7/10 —> 3★

Excellent food; some of the staff could use a smile. The atmosphere is nice, but it's crowded with tables and, above all, very poorly soundproofed (although the outcome depends a lot on how close the tables are to each other and how loudly they choose to raise their voices or the number of diners present).

29/12/2025: Excellent experience. I'd like to offer a few suggestions that, in my opinion, would improve everything. Warmer and slightly more subdued interior lighting would create a less self-service atmosphere, given that the food is excellent and served by professionals. It would also be appreciated if there were background music, not just soft background music, but above all a tour guide, at least to point out the highlights to help understand the tour we're taking and describe what we're seeing. Otherwise, we'd feel like we're on a spinning top, and those who don't know Turin can't figure out where they are. I hope you appreciate the criticism, which is meant to be all positive. Thank you all for the experience. Oh, and I forgot, a bottle of bubbly in the galley doesn't ruin anyone's experience, because it can happen unexpectedly to those who want it!
29/12/2025: We went there for lunch because we couldn't find a table in the evening. I recommend booking a table well in advance, fingers crossed... a lovely experience that I recommend trying.

01/03/2026: Great experience, you feel right at home, thanks to the friendly atmosphere. Good food quality.
20/02/2026: A small restaurant with a wide selection of dishes. You can create your own salads for €7.50 in large bowls with cooked and raw vegetables and legumes. You can also try excellent vegetable and non-vegetable soups. They also make pizzas. There are tables where you can share a meal. It's a self-service establishment. Prices are reasonable. It's located on a side street off the central Via Garibaldi.
