Being without our son busy with the oratory for lunch we decided to return to eat in this restaurant after some time and we found a changed place inside (spectacular), but with the same quality of food and service!! ! We won't let the same period pass to return...

Historic place for my family...when you pass through Parma you can't help but stop in this delicious trattoria! Must have the fried gnocco, but above all their ravioli... few people eat such good ones!

A warm and welcoming environment with many rooms heated by fireplaces or wood stoves with exposed flames. It was snowing outside and we really appreciated the warmth of the wood. Impeccable service. We came to taste the goose since, despite being traditional, there are few restaurants that offer it. As a starter, mixed goose cured meats, giardiniera and goose breast carpaccio. As a first course, crescents filled with goose stew and goose ragù and as a second course escalopes of goose foie gras with vin Santo Di Vigoleno compote. All washed down with an excellent burgundy. In my opinion, a roast goose was missing from the menu, but that will be for next time

Very positive experience. Very good cured meats especially the goose ones which are truly exceptional! The first courses are tasty but without being too greasy and with portions that also allow you not to have to have a complete meal to be satisfied! The leg of goose is good even if a little too dry and a little unbalanced in price. Too bad we didn't try the desserts! We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per caso in occasione di una visita a Vigoleno e siamo rimasti impressionati dalla bontà del cibo, con prezzi ragionevoli comparati alla qualità. Lo raccomando davvero. Parcheggio ampio sul retro.

Locale molto curato e ben arredato, proprietari molto gentili e cordiali. Tutti i piatti con l'oca sono pefettamente equilibrati e decisamente ben riusciti. Ottimo finale con il tortino al cioccolato dal cuore morbido.

08/02/2025: We ate divinely. In the tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano there was also the 101 month old one. The pumpkin flan and radicchio ravioli were very good. The waiters are very attentive.
01/02/2025: Very high quality of the raw materials used, nothing to envy of a starred restaurant! Another plus point: you feel like you are a guest at a friend's house, the owners are super friendly! Try the dessert palette!

18/02/2025: We organized my mother's birthday, a table of 20 people... starters, two first courses, two second courses, sweet coffee and wine... all delicious, efficient service. We felt at home...then the wonderful view...convenient price for such quality..Thank you, we will be back again...
13/01/2025: I often stop by to eat at this restaurant when I travel around Tuscany, but this time I was lucky enough to also be able to chat with the fabulous Gabriella, whose dishes are always original, fresh, all made by her and part of the Parma culture. The cakes (fried gnocco) with cured meats but also the first courses and the excellent Parma rose are delicious! Then the nougat semifreddo I got this time was fabulous! See you soon Gabriella!
