Damn, how good!!! We booked at Trattoria Loca Bianca after reading the great reviews, and I must say we made a fantastic discovery. The place is very beautiful and welcoming, with an attention to detail that is immediately striking: nothing is left to chance. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, we felt treated with white gloves. Let's now move on to the food: the goose appetizer was a true delicacy, a culinary experience that started things off in the best possible way. The first ones? One better than the other, truly unforgettable. Not to mention the second courses, an explosion of flavor in every bite. Despite everything, we didn't miss dessert: those were delicious too! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the quality of the food and the excellent service. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back!

The goose breast was splendid, the fried pie was good and also the cured meats (except the coppa). The first courses taken by us (mushroom ravioli and tagliottini) were a little too creamy for my taste, but they were all handmade so they passed the check, but without reaching the full 8. My pavlova was delicious, perfect meringue without even a darkened corner. I would give it an 8 if they had made a really wow first one. I liked the place a lot, the service was average, they didn't serve us wine and they were a little slow in clearing the table, but there were plenty of seats. Fair bill, except for the focaccias which were too expensive for what they were

Comfortable and elegant environment in its simplicity, good wine list, but first courses to be reviewed, excellent goose-based cured meats, second courses based on meat, are good and with quality raw materials. Finally, the desserts, a little gem. Advised.

The goose cured meats are excellent as are the goose crescents. The chocolate mousse with salted caramel is also good. Friendly service in a nice environment.
