Il locale si presenta come la classica trattoria di mare, arredata in maniera essenziale, servizio carino e cortese, menù vario e piatti abbondanti. Cucinano il pesce come da tradizione, usano la ‘Pasta Mancini’ per i primi, fanno a meno dell’uso uso di salse e unguenti vari. Il conto finale non sarà mai esagerato e a civitanova sono una mosca bianca. Ricordatevi di prenotare anticipatamente xke sono sempre pieni.

Se hai un budget limitato ma vuoi mangiare pesce, magari in modo semplice come te lo cucinava tua nonna, sei nel posto giusto. Porzioni normali, personale gentile e conto che non ti senti svenato. Come variante sul tema non è male.

21/05/2025: A place unlike any other: few tables, intimate atmosphere, pleasant background music and a cuisine that tells something. You don't come here to eat in a hurry, but to enjoy every detail. Carefully prepared dishes, never predictable, and a chef, Matteo, who feels present even if you don't see him. Alessandro, on the other hand, is always smiling and very present and available for anything. We will gladly return, it has become our favorite place 🥰 thank you very much
16/05/2025: Express cuisine and refined dishes make Cavatappo a place to visit, the kindness of the owner is not something to be underestimated, it is always a pleasure to be welcomed as "home"
