We had not booked because we arrived in the area in the evening (reservation is therefore recommended). Improvised service: few staff and not competent. The food is good, but the wait of over an hour and a quarter for three first courses made the poetry go down. We were then asked if we wanted an amaro at the time of paying as a "taste" and instead of three they gave me two. At sunset there is a beautiful view of the coast and the sea but unfortunately the tables outside were not set. The saying goes to have bread but not teeth. Too bad!

One of the best spaghetti carbonara I've ever eaten. The price to quality ratio is amazing. I highly recommend it 😊

I was looking for a place to spend the evening of August 14th. I found this restaurant located on the provincial road near the salt flats. It has a nice parking lot and a summer terrace. The dishes are well prepared and I would say very good. We tried the appetizers: seafood fantasy, caponata and bruschetta. Everything was delicious. The spaghetti with clams was excellent and also the shrimp skewers and the mixed fried fish. The staff was kind. The service was a bit slow. Almost an hour's wait for the appetizer and another good half hour for the other dishes. I will return and I recommend it.

Excellent value for money... Fresh fish and tasty dishes. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made our evening perfect. Little waiting for the dishes despite the restaurant being full. The seafood fantasy is exceptional and the busiate di nonna Pina are unique and exquisite.

Nice trattoria with local food. We ate pasta alla norma and busiati with shrimp and pistachio pesto plus grilled swordfish. Excellent value for money. Fast and attentive service. We had a great time. I recommend it

Trovato quasi per caso in una zona piena di ristoranti turistici si è dimostrato un locale con un ottima cucina. Spaghetti gamberi e pistacchio, pasta con le sarde i piatti migliori. Conto molto onesto in questa trattoria a gestione familiare. Complimenti alla signora Lidia. Pablera e signora

Di passaggio tra Marsala e Trapani, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa trattoria. Il posto con vista sulle saline è suggestivo. All'entrata veniamo accolti con cortesia. Al momento di degustare la bottiglia di Cataratto scelta, notavo un difetto al vino stesso che però non veniva riscontrato dai gestori. Nonostante ciò non hanno avuto la minima difficoltà a cambiarmi la bottiglia. Abbiamo iniziato il pranzo con delle sarde alla beccafico e frittelle di neonata, entrambe deliziose. Abbiamo poi proseguito con un ottimo cous cous e con delle busiate alle sarde, tutto veramente ottimo con porzioni più che adeguate. Il conto alla fine si è rivelato una buona sorpresa. È un locale che mi sento di consigliare
