Everything was delicious, delicious, delicious. Trattoria style, but with class. Ferrata, ricotta, walnuts, and honey were delicious. The saffron gnocchi were amazing.

A well-kept little restaurant with a modest menu and dishes that surprised us with their deliciousness. We'll definitely be returning.

This is my first restaurant review. Le 4 Ville definitely deserves its 5-star rating. The dishes are limited (and sometimes it's much better that way), but they're all rigorously cooked well. We've been there twice, and neither time has disappointed. Authentic, traditional food. The lady who runs it is incredibly kind. Must-try: the saffron and ricotta gnocchi, the peasant-style maltagliati, the cheese and egg balls (the best we had during our vacation in Abruzzo), and, of course, the delicious arrosticini. The prices were excellent for what they offered. Thank you for a wonderful Abruzzo culinary experience.

You go to a restaurant to eat, but you don't always get the right satisfaction. Here, the quality of the food would be sufficient—sublime gnocchi and traditional scarci, scamorza with truffles, and excellent meats—but here, beyond the stunning view, there's great courtesy and expertise, and the passion that is the true secret of success, without complacency and with the pride of someone who simply strives to do their job well. Remarkable. What are you doing, not going back to a place like this? With friends who, despite frequenting these places, had never seen the historic Castelvecchio, we had a wonderful time; all the dishes were delicious and the usual precious courtesy prevailed. Take a stroll through the old town in its somewhat surreal atmosphere, and enjoy an aperitif nearby, then lunch or dinner in this wonderful place.

Found by chance on August 15th, during a motorcycle trip. A restaurant with a panoramic terrace, cuisine featuring local products. The staff and owner are friendly and attentive. Recommended

Everything was delicious. We had the maltagliati with turnips and anchovies and the saffron and ricotta gnocchi. The mixed grill and baked potatoes were excellent. We'll be back to try the appetizers and desserts! Excellent value! Recommended!

Il cibo l’ho trovato davvero molto buono! Ho prenotato un giorno prima per evitare di trovare pieno, in quanto non ha moltissimi posti! Ambiente molto cordiale e rilassante. Consiglio gli gnocchetti allo zafferano e l’agnello cotto alla perfezione!

Locale molto carino, bello il panorama e la visuale, servizio cordiale, ottimo il cibo, un po' di attesa, ma giusta per gustare al meglio il pranzo e gli ottimi arrosticini. Spettacolari le ciambelline al vino.
