Wonderful restaurant with a small outside patio overlooking a view. Beautiful renovated interior, spotlessly clean. Creative, but authentic menu such as pears soaked in red wine with cheese and honey on crostini. Delicious. And the traditional ragu tagliatelli oh my. It is worth a drive here for sure!

Typical Abruzzo cuisine, but with great care in the raw materials and in the care of the dishes which are not very many (and fortunately) as befits a real trattoria. The place is tidy and clean, furnished in a sober way, but it should be found above all for those who, arriving from L'Aquila in the direction of the fortress of Calascio, face a detour that crosses the village until leaving without other indications and with the doubt, therefore, of missed the halfway point. Prices are more than honest: two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, a side dish, half a liter of wine and two coffees, almost 60 euros, without exceeding them.

We always eat well!! It has now become my favorite trattoria... The fettuccine with meat sauce is truly out of this world...
When you enter you can already smell the territory and the food and then they have a spectacular view!!!

For the quality of the food, the view from the tables and the courtesy of the owner, it is a 5⭐ restaurant. The chef combines excellent 0 km products in his dishes. Prices are in line with the quality. To visit!

We had dinner last night in this delightful trattoria with a veranda overlooking the mountains. Everything was delicious, both the starters and the first courses, with a special mention for the ricotta and saffron gnocchi, exceptional. The lady who served us was very kind and told us many things about the area. Highly recommended!

Posto carino con una bella veranda piena di sole e di gatti. Prodotti locali serviti dalla gentile proprietaria. Da provare l’antipasto con salumi e formaggi del territorio. Molto buono il vino della casa proveniente dalle sottostanti vigne di Capestrano/Ofena. Squisite le ciambellone al vino. Conto giusto.
