A wonderful discovery, a warm and friendly welcome, and authentic food. Everything was delicious: cheeses, homemade pasta, arrosticini, and an excellent house Montepulciano wine. A trattoria from another era! A must-try for us when we're in the area! Thanks for everything.

Everything was delicious, delicious, delicious. Trattoria style, but with class. Ferrata, ricotta, walnuts, and honey were delicious. The saffron gnocchi were amazing.

This is my first restaurant review. Le 4 Ville definitely deserves its 5-star rating. The dishes are limited (and sometimes it's much better that way), but they're all rigorously cooked well. We've been there twice, and neither time has disappointed. Authentic, traditional food. The lady who runs it is incredibly kind. Must-try: the saffron and ricotta gnocchi, the peasant-style maltagliati, the cheese and egg balls (the best we had during our vacation in Abruzzo), and, of course, the delicious arrosticini. The prices were excellent for what they offered. Thank you for a wonderful Abruzzo culinary experience.

15/10/2025: We already can't wait to eat at this restaurant again! The staff and owner will welcome you wonderfully. The atmosphere is simple but very welcoming. The food is the icing on the cake: traditional yet sophisticated dishes with excellent pairings, all at fair prices. I recommend trying the Dulcis Venia dessert—we could have eaten 10 of them! We'll be back soon.
14/10/2025: I've noticed small changes to the place, improving the aesthetics. When you walk in and sit down, a journey through flavors begins, paired elegantly and never banally; everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. I'll be back!!!!!
