Exceptional restaurant with delicious food and a standout pasta, the best we had during our three-week stay in central Italy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The surrounding green scenery is breathtaking, perfect for photos and worth the visit alone. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant discovery while wandering around Radicofani, after visiting the Fortress and enjoying the beautiful view, we let our eyes and palate enjoy Mimmo's dishes. Everything good, everything perfect. And thanks to Anna and Sonia, a lovely end to a lovely day

Se cercate la serata perfetta non cercate oltre. Le Ginestre offre piatti indimenticabili, in un contesto di cortesia, simpatia e efficienza imbattibili. I pici preparati con il sugo 'storico' della nonna, ricchissimo e saporitissimo, hanno lasciato in noi una memoria indelebile. La guancia morbida e 'juicy' come si dice in inglese perfetta insieme alla sua purea di topinambur. I gelati artigianali (a dicembre!) dai gusti originali ma deliziosi, soprattutto la noce, la castagna e il torroncino. Impossibile non fare due chiacchiere con la simpaticissima proprietaria, che ringraziamo nuovamente per la bella esperienza. Prezzo adeguato.

16/04/2025: We were seven adults, all frequent visitors of very fine restaurants around the world, and everyone left saying it was one of the best meals they've ever had. Each bite was accompanied by wows and also each sip of the house red wine (which we then bought plenty of to take home). The service was also wonderful. So happy we stopped by.
11/04/2025: First of all, what I ordered was actually very good. For me it was the best Tuscan dish I have ever tried. In fact, I wanted to ask if it was possible to work here, because I'm in Italy to learn Italian cuisine, but I couldn't. I know that I don't speak Italian well and that I don't perfectly understand everything that is said to me, but I have a great desire to work in this restaurant. I couldn't find a way to contact you directly, so I wrote this message on Google Maps. If it bothers you, I will delete it right away. A thousand thanks.
