03/08/2026: I usually always check reviews beforehand. I didn't have my phone, so we went with our gut feeling. In the end, we were very glad we did. I confess I don't really understand the negative reviews. The food is very good. I tried the mantovano rice. The waiter explained how it was cooked and even brought me a few slices of the sausage that goes into the dish so I could taste it raw. We also had bigoli, which were very good. We're used to Italian food, and frankly, we've had much worse. The waiter was very friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant.

31/07/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience at Antica Osteria Broletto in Mantua. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful historic city center, creating a truly authentic Italian atmosphere. The food was excellent. The fresh pasta was excellent, the wine selection was very good, and every dish we tried was prepared with great care and quality. What made our evenings even more special was the exceptional service from Andre. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His recommendations were excellent and his warm hospitality made our dinners unforgettable. A big thank you to Andre and the entire team for a fantastic time. We highly recommend Antica Osteria Broletto to anyone visiting Mantua and will definitely return on our next visit.
