It presents itself as a trattoria, but the attention to detail and style of the setting lend it the class of a fine dining restaurant. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, always available to answer questions and offer advice. We ate truly well, sampling appetizers made with local products and excellent first courses.
A wide variety of wines and desserts.
Friendly because we brought Tabù, my friend's boxer, along, and he received many compliments.

Never in my life have I had bread so delicious as this omg. 10 pieces of bread and accidentally ate it all smothered in olive oil! I ordered the scampi pasta and again never in my life have I had such flavourful scampi pasta. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. I'll never go back to Prato lol, but if I did I would immediately come back here!

Our lunch at Trattoria Lapo was truly a wonderful experience. The restaurant is bright and spacious, and the welcome was warm and welcoming. All the food was delicious, and those who tried the balsamic ribs found them superb.
Our waitress was very kind and friendly, making us feel at ease.
To all of you who put love and heart into your work, I'd like to share a biblical proverb:
"Have you seen a man skilled in his work? He will be seen before kings, not common men" (Proverbs 22:29).
This means that people who work diligently like you not only stand out, but earn the respect and trust of all kinds of people.
