Typical trattoria with Tuscan cuisine located in the central Piazza Mercatale. Typical environment, but with large rooms renovated respecting the original structures. Courteous and helpful staff. Fast service. Don't miss the plate with cold cuts including mortadella from Prato, first courses with black cabbage, shank, Florentine tripe and of course the desserts accompanied by a good glass of Chianti. Prices are adequate and not excessive.

We stopped for dinner, I must say that the staff were really friendly and helpful, the quality of the food was top, the environment was simple and original, the prices were very honest. I recommend it to everyone.

A very homely and traditional environment, exquisite food and very friendly owners. I went for lunch on a business trip and consoled myself with a truly tasty, warm and enveloping pasta and legume soup. I would have liked to return for dinner but unfortunately there was no room. A good excuse to return to Prato (maybe not for work)!

Unica ttattoria aperta a fine luglio in settimana ci costringe a farci andare bene un servizio pessimo (cameriera scontrosa) e cibo nella norma. Proprieta’ anziana come arredamento e scelta piatti. Una trattoria da camionisti non da centro di una citta

26/10/2024: Delicatessen where we often have lunch or take away dishes: variety, every day, of first courses, second courses, desserts and many genuine and tasty side dishes (in summer there is also watermelon); try the caffè macchiato with a mountain of milk cream. Friendly and welcoming staff. The environment is familiar and you can also shop for food, including fruit and vegetables.
21/10/2024: Always friendly staff, always varied food, delicious and well cooked! Highly recommended!
