A restaurant with little form and a lot of substance. We took Polish cow cuts and Angus cuts, accompanied by spring onions with balsamic vinegar, artichokes and two types of beans. All very good. The owner is very nice. Excellent value for money.

23/10/2024 There were 3 of us, we entered at 8.15pm, the place was still empty....we left at midnight, after a VERY PLEASANT evening. Particularly friendly host, high quality meat served masterfully. Cozy and very quiet place. Price? Just right for what we ate and drank. I had already been there last year....and I will return. I highly recommend it

My daughter's favorite place. A real trattoria, a real host and family management, very high quality meat. I wouldn't change a thing about this place.

Che dire? Raramente accade che non vi siano sorprese inaspettate da un ristoratore o dalla materia prima che utilizza. Ebbene da Daniele è proprio ciò che accade ! Continuità nell'alta qualità di ciò che Daniele di propone e mai scivolate sulla tecnica di cottura e preparazione della carne. Una certezza, non una scommessa!!

A special thank you to the staff, who were really kind and attentive, but above all to our waiter Cristian, who made our evening even more pleasant! 😊🙏 Top experience, highly recommended! We will definitely be back! 👌✨

26/01/2025: Ristorante molto interessante del circondario budriese che unisce piatti della tradizione locale e della cucina romana. Io con grande soddisfazione mi sono buttato su questi ultimi dove ho scoperto una mano molto felice in cucina. Assolutamente da provare senza pregiudizi legati a passate gestioni. Bavi
25/01/2025: Typical provincial trattoria, comfortable and pleasant environment. Excellent food quality, friendly staff but disorganized service, the organization needs to be reviewed in its entirety. 30 minutes to get the menu, received water (hot) and wine when the side dishes had already arrived....main courses arrived at different times. Positive note....we received a discount on the bill. We'll be back to put them to the test again.
