We were on Saturday 22/3/25 evening for dinner at the trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia Bo) with two of our dear friends Anna/Franco.
We spent a pleasant evening in a beautiful and welcoming place and ate divinely excellent dishes of delicious meat (the sliced Polish vacchetta was delicious) all accompanied by an excellent house Sangiovese wine.
The owner Daniele is a very nice and helpful person, courteous and prepared staff.
If you pass by those parts, stop, it is a place that deserves a stop.
We will definitely return very soon curious to try other dishes.

Siamo stati sabato sera alla trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia) con due nostri cari amici Anna/Franco .
È un posto carino e molto accogliente , con pochi coperti e con un ampio parcheggio .
Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole e mangiato degli ottimi piatti di carni buonissime accompagnate da un ottimo sangiovese della casa .
Il proprietario Daniele, è una persona disponibile e simpaticissima, non è mancata la sua disponibilità nello trattenersi con noi a fine cena nel raccontarci la " storia "e le differenze delle varie tipologie di carne da lui servite.
Se passate da quelle parti ,ve lo consiglio, è un posto che merita una sosta .
Ci torneremo molto presto curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.

If you love meat and good wine you are in the right place. Few frills and a lot of substance, the environment is welcoming and envelops you. Everything freshly made, open grill and while you wait for the meat, the excellent Polish cowhide, a sip of wine and croutons keep you company together with the friendliness and professionalism of the hosts. And finally, in addition to a vast and carefully curated selection of wines, there is also that of grappa. Worth going back and for those who haven't done it yet, worth trying.
A restaurant with little form and a lot of substance. We took Polish cow cuts and Angus cuts, accompanied by spring onions with balsamic vinegar, artichokes and two types of beans. All very good. The owner is very nice. Excellent value for money.

There were 3 of us, we entered at 8.15pm, the place was still empty....we left at midnight, after a VERY PLEASANT evening.
Particularly friendly host, high quality meat served masterfully. Cozy and very quiet place.
Price? Just right for what we ate and drank.
I had already been there last year....and I will return.

My daughter's favorite place. A real trattoria, a real host and family management, very high quality meat. I wouldn't change a thing about this place.
