Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff and excellent food.

Entering from the square dominated by the magnificent tower, you reach a splendid, welcoming vaulted room on the lower floor. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Behind an archway lies the open kitchen. Prompt and friendly service with attention to detail. Warm bread is served with a tasting of their own locally produced olive oil. A vast selection of wines is available. The menu features quality ingredients. The bigoli with crispy bacon is excellent. Main courses are all meat, from a variety of sources. Good grill options. Interesting desserts and spirits. The homemade Amarolive liqueur is a must-try. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the restaurant.

We stopped at this very elegant trattoria in a historic setting. The service was good, the meat was well-cooked, and we sampled their fantastic extra virgin olive oil. We didn't try the wines because of a 150 km return trip, even in the fog. Well done, keep it up!

This was our fifth visit to "La Torre," and the food has always been delicious. The ambiance in the old vaulted cellar is exactly to our taste, and the service has always been excellent. It's worth mentioning that the wines are very fairly priced compared to those in Germany, at least for the ones where we also know the prices when buying directly from the winery.

We just needed something quick to eat in the wild storm and saw the sign, and something that didn't look like much. But wait. We came in and thought it was a lie. What a delicious place. We got a very nice welcome with a short presentation of the day's menu. We could see that it was most likely in a slightly different price range than we would actually spend on a quick lunch, but what the f.... It's a holiday after all. We got what the house recommended, and we absolutely did not regret it. First came a bottle of olive oil from our own production and bread on the table. Then another small starter and then came super delicious 3 courses, beautifully presented, a good glass of wine, 1 bottle of water and of course finished with a cup of espresso. Imagine that it could be done for under 500 kr. Can definitely recommend this place. It's really good and even cheap.
