Excellent experience spent during a dinner in this beautiful venue, located below an ancient tower, located in the main square of the village.
The meat and the vast choice of local wines are highly recommended.

Riesce ad essere accogliente anche quando il locale è vuoto a mezzogiorno di un giovedì di pioggia a gennaio.
Servizio e cibo eccellenti. Gentilezza e cortesia che si trova raramente.
Carta dei vini ottima.

Very nice atmosphere, nice staff who have been conditioned to praise the products of the owner of Redoro. There is a large selection of wines available, but unfortunately the staff knows very little about it; their own wines are intended to be sold. The small bottle of olive oil that every guest receives as a gift was nice.
Unfortunately we decided on the menu with truffles. The main problem was that the truffle used was inferior and ruined every course. The consistency was more reminiscent of nutmeg (see photo) than of the noble mushroom. We reported this to the waiter immediately after the first course, but there was no reaction. The risotto was not al dente but hard. The tagliata was the best part of the meal. I think you should eat meat in this restaurant and certainly not truffles.

Formal location, exposed brick ceilings, professional and unobtrusive staff.
Good food, cooked well. The menu does not contain allergen specifications. I found the portions small compared to the cost, even for me as I'm not a big eater.

Siamo stati a cena con amici per la seconda volta in questa bellissima trattoria.
Ci eravamo trovati molto bene la prima volta e riconfermo Anke la seconda!
Location bellissima.. Calda atmosfera arricchita da un accoglienza professionale e garbata da parte del personale di sala!
Ottimo il menù proposto.. La carne la da da padrona e merita una nota in più!
Piacevole omaggio da parte della cucina di un ottimo pane e faccina calda da assaggiare con i vari oli proposti!.
È per finire ottimi i dolci..e i pasticcini offerti con il caffè!

The place is very nice, the manager nice and friendly. The food was really excellent, without exaggerating the price. The choice of wines focuses on local production, with excellent results judging from the Valpolicella bottles we chose. We will definitely return.

Our dinner at La Torre, in the cellar of a 13th century church, was excellent. It has great atmosphere due to its historic location with lots of exposed stone walls and a curved ceiling of handmade bricks. The manager, Massimiliano is a true hospitality professional, making everyone feel at home. A clever starter of local prosciutto was served with what looked to be a whole truffle but was really mozzarella rolled in a crust of truffle dust - delicious and fun! I had my first ever plate of bigoli (thick local spaghetti) with a duck ragu, which was perfect with Valpolicella ripasso. My husband’s poached egg in aged cheese sauce with crisp guanciale made him very happy too. Caramelised pineapple flambéed with Grand Marnier may not be traditional, but it was a deliciously light finish to the meal with a glass of an interesting olive amaro. The restaurant is owned by Redoro who produce olive oil and wine, so the wine list and service are impressive too.

This is one of those places where you return because you like it, from the welcome, to the bread with the oil served, to the dishes, to the wines, not to mention the room: marvelous!
Mention of merit for the homemade tortelloni with braised beef on Monte Veronese cream and Amarone della Valpolicella reduction: sensational.
In short, it's worth a detour to pass through here, regardless of where you are going more or less in the area...
