A historic place in the area that absolutely doesn't disappoint.
The pasta is amazing, no matter what type you order. We didn't order the main courses, but seeing them on the plates as they passed by, it was well deserved!
The homemade desserts are excellent; the only downside is that some of their own bitters would have been nice.
Highly recommended 👌👌👌

Meat is the star of this trattoria!
Despite being located a fair distance from the towns, it's well-known among many lovers of traditional cuisine.
It's a paradise for meat lovers, with a wide variety of options available, from tasting menus to a free-choice menu.
The space is spacious, with several rooms perfect for both an intimate dinner and a large group of friends. A word of advice: always book in advance, as it's a popular spot and fills up quickly. The staff is impeccable, prompt, and very well-organized. And save room for dessert; it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Even though it's a remote restaurant in the countryside near Imola, it's always busy, and for good reason (we came for dinner, but just to try other dishes, we came for lunch the next day).
The staff is fast, cheerful, and attentive.
As for the dishes, there's nothing to complain about; if you want to experience authentic Romagna cuisine, you won't be disappointed.
We started with a mixed appetizer of giardiniera, cheeses, and local cured meats. Earn 1,000 points because they bring you a warm piadina to enjoy with it all.
For our first course, we had the garganelli and tagliatelle with ragù. The pasta is fresh and firm, and the ragù is truly traditional, expertly made.
The meat is tender and flavorful; both the tagliata and the mixed grilled meats are truly outstanding.
The zuppa inglese and panna cotta with their homemade berry sauce are delicious.
The only negatives are the tiramisu (too sweet, with no coffee syrup and a taste too much like egg) and the coffee (sour and burnt), but let's say the rest makes up for it.
Excellent value for money (Dinner with 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, a glass of wine, two bottles of water, a trio of desserts, and a coffee: €45; Lunch with a mixed grill, a rosemary tagliata, a giardiniera, a grilled side dish, a glass of wine, a water, a tiramisu, and a coffee: €55)
