Extremely tasty and fine Sicilian wines that go well with the food. Also visited by Italians and their foreign guests. Price per person including wine starter and main course €40. Price! Performance ratio very good

Spaghetti with clams delicious, very clean and tasty! Dish perfectly balanced with the other ingredients, including garlic, light and imperceptible. Great chef! See you next time, with your specialty... sea bass!

Restaurant where we ate seafood and were completely satisfied! Every dish we tried was impressive, extremely fresh, quality and tasty. We accompanied our meal with a fine wine, which went perfectly with the dishes and brought out the flavors even more. In addition to the excellent cuisine, the price was really affordable, which pleasantly surprised us, given the high quality of the dishes. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting!

La Spigots in Syracuse is a hidden gem worth discovering. The steamed mussels were superbly fresh, bursting with flavor, and the swordfish rolls were equally delightful, with a perfect blend of seasoning and tenderness. The grilled calamari was cooked to perfection, maintaining a delightful balance of crispness and softness. Though tucked away off the beaten track, this restaurant offers a truly delicious experience.

13/08/2024: We’ve been coming to Ortgia 18 years but found the average restaurant offering inspiring and had largely given up, opting to cook dinner at home, and have breakfast out. Happily, Nostos opened near by and we made a booking. The restaurant is decorated to give a lovely intimate atmosphere with subtle lighting and Bossa Nova music playing. The staff were attentive and kind. My dining partner had a selection of arancini and fried squid with fries, while I had caponata followed by sea bream. All was delicately prepared and bursting with flavour. Obviously made with passion and love. The cannolo and lemon sorbet rounded off the meal. The house white wine was very nice. A great dining experience for a reasonable price. We’re looking forward to bringing our guests here. Totally recommend
04/08/2024: We had dinner two nights ago. It tastes divine, I had stuffed squid with an orange aftertaste, never tasted like this, to date the best I have ever tasted. Courteous waiters, quiet place. Absolutely worth going there. Congratulations again to the chef

21/10/2024: Fantastisk lækker mad og højt serviceniveau. Vi fik en lækker forret med blæksprutte, spinat og burretta. Vildt lækker risotto med rejer og blæksprutte, med et godt anbefalet glas rosé til.
15/10/2024: Inspirierende Assoziationen der Speisen, z. B. Thunfisch mit Rotkohl! Eine wohl alte Kombi auf Sizilien, jedoch fast vergessen bzw. nicht gefragt von Touristen. Cabonata (typisch auf Sizilien) aber verfeinert u.a. mit Zartbitterschokolade. Oder Pasta mit selbstverständlich selbst gemachter Pasata und Dreierlei vom Thunfisch 😋 Toller Service auch auf Deutsch und mit Hintergrundinfos … vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.
