Amazing food and great service! Our host was very hospitable. It gave family place vibes. We sat outside, which is surprisingly calm for being in the heart of the city.

Gentlemen, this is the best! I booked ahead with some small changes to the appetizers (just for personal taste) and we were super happy. The owners, chefs, husband and wife team are second to none.

Husband and wife team. I had the zuppa di pesce. Fish soup. It was that, not in America. But what I got was a happy surprise of fresh assorted seafood and the most amazing whole fish that Google says is a mini mahi mahi fish. Bam!!! And the sauce was so good I asked for a spoon to leave nothing behind!! Service was super friendly, even with my broken Italian.

We had dinner here and got the mussels & seafood pasta. One challenge we had, was there were many things that were already sold out. Otherwise it was delicious - we came specifically for white wine mussels and they were fantastic.

In posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal ponte che conduce in Ortigia, questo locale si rivela schietto, casalingo, autentico e tradizionale. Poco turistico anche se, inevitabilmente, i turisti ci arrivano e si mescolano con piacere alla numerosa clientela locale. Il menu è ampio, i prezzi sono nella norma, anzi considerata la media dei locali della zona li definirei accettabili. Io provo un’ottima e abbondante pasta con le sarde e un’insalata mista. Con acqua, pane e una gradevole apparecchiatura spendo sui 25 euro. Ambientazione marinara, servizio gentile e ‘rallentato’.
