Beautiful environment, with friendly and attentive staff, we had a starter for 2, all very good, quality cured meats, and tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, very tasty, perfectly cooked, truly special, we treated ourselves to an equally good dessert, we will definitely return More when we are in the area again. Expectations were very high but unfortunately it turned out to be a tourist restaurant like many others in Orvieto. Michelin usually doesn't disappoint me but here it was a big blow.

Three of us ate in this fantastic trattoria, three dishes of umbritelli to remain in history, a very soft roast lamb, an excellent house wine. Not to return, by subscription!

La Palomba in Orvieto is an absolute gem! The pasta was simply divine, perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to the heart of Italian cuisine. The steak I had was beyond amazing – tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the chef's expertise and the high quality of ingredients used.
The outside decor added to the charm, with beautiful, rustic touches that created a warm and inviting ambiance. Dining al fresco under the lovely setup made the experience even more memorable.
If you're in Orvieto, visiting Trattoria La Palomba is an absolute must. It’s a culinary experience that you won't forget. Highly, highly recommend!

Personale gentile e preparato. Tartufo buono. Ottimo l'olio. Peccato che in alcuni piatti nel menù sia presente la panna. Posto accogliente anche se tanti coperti.
