Great experience and good vibe there

I enjoyed an absolutely delicious carbonara there: creamy, perfectly seasoned, with that authentic taste reminiscent of Rome. The atmosphere is typically Italian, lively but not noisy, with warm and attentive service. A real favorite for lovers of the dolce vita!

Excellent food, warm welcome. We returned several times, especially for the crab linguine: equally good.

The food is super delicious! I loved everything. The dishes are great for sharing because they're large. I recommend ordering from the center. The dessert, La Nona, is my favorite.

I had dinner here with my family on our last night in Florence. We picked this restaurant because we were all starving and just walked in. I am SO glad we did!! The food was absolutely delicious! The waiters were nice and the atmosphere was cozy. I recommend eating here you will not regret it

We came across La Madia by chance but it was a lucky one. The seafood they serve here follows the best of the Italian southern tradition. It is traditional family owned restaurant where the chef is the owner and where the tradition meets the modern. The service is impeccable, fast and courteous. The atmosphere is intimate in the best possible way. It is strange to find such a place in a relatively busy tourist area. And the price is extremely reasonable compare to similar expertise in the US (if you are able to find one at all).

Experiência gastronômica maravilhosaaaaaaaa...meu primeiro jantar na Itália destas férias. Pertinho do hotel onde nos hospedamos, passamos procurando por um restaurante tradicional em meios a dezenas por perto. O cardápio chamou muito a atenção pela variedade e preços justos. Entramos e tudo foi muito agradável, o atendimento e a dona que é extremamente simpática e comunicativa, clientes de várias partes do mundo e ela sempre dá um jeitinho de se comunicar de forma muito agradável. Tudo que ela sugere dá vontade de provar, incrível!! Optamos pela sugestão dada como entrada, uma salada de Polvo...que delíciaaaa!! Depois eu pedi um Ossobuco e meu marido um Carre de Cordeiro, vinho branco para entrada e tinto da casa, um perfeito sangiovese para os pratos principais, e como sobremesa pedimos Profiteroles...tudo divinamente delicioso, sem falar no ambiente super bem decorado!! Amamos e certo que iremos retornar antes de sair de Florença!

Quando la cordialità simpatia disponibilità e buon cibo si uniscono insieme.... Il nome è uno solo ... Trattoria madia. Più volte mi trovo a passare da Firenze e diventa un punto dove gustare piatti da ricordare. I piatti di carne e pesce con porzioni e gusto di ottima viabilità. Dehors esterno incastonato nei palazzi antichi di Firenze. Qualità e gusto che rimarranno nei vostri pensieri.....
