A simple restaurant with excellent cuisine run by a husband and wife team. Just reading the menu, you can tell this isn't an assembly line but a completely family-run trattoria, and that's its strong point. Excellent cuisine (we went twice in a row) with few frills but plenty of substance, especially in the quality of the food. The courtesy and helpfulness are truly noteworthy. At the end of the meal, the owner drove us back to the hotel in his car.

Highly recommended. Definitely worth a try! We spent a week in the Cinque Terre. We're both restaurateurs, so we're demanding not only in terms of good food and drink, but especially in terms of service and courtesy. This is the restaurant where we were treated the best. It's a small, family-run restaurant. Luca in the dining room is attentive, professional, and very kind. His wife in the kitchen is truly excellent. Not only was the food excellent, but she also served it quickly, despite being alone in the kitchen and the restaurant always being packed.
The lard crostini from Colonnata left me speechless. The panna cotta was never so good. Many, many compliments from Ferrara.

We had the pleasure of going to Anna's Cacina for the first time, recommended by our hotel, and we loved it. We returned a second time because the food and service were excellent.

Well done, well done, well done! Quality ingredients create dishes with unique flavors, steeped in tradition and conveying the passion, dedication, and care of those who prepare them. These are the Italian trattorias I love, which showcase local products while also showcasing Italy's many other specialties. We'll definitely be back!
