This is my favorite place in Pisa. I come here once every few months for a date night and whenever my friends or family are visiting Italy I bring them here. The portions are generous, the prices are wonderful and the taste is so so good. I tried carbonara, gnocchi with 4 cheeses, ravioli with mushrooms and gnocchi with salmon, which is my favorite dish or theirs. They have nice desserts too but let's be honest, you come to La Ghiotteria for the pasta. Also, servers are great and it looks like they always have fun, music playing, everyone is smiling, just a good vibe. Recommend 100%
The place is tiny, so book the table or you'll have to wait a bit till you get seated!

The food was very good, especially considering some of the pastas have large portions. The risotto looked good too. I ordered ravioli with truffles and the chef's ragu for two, and the dessert was quite good. I recommend it with an Aperol. I think I'll go again 👍 (sorry, we were hungry in the photo, we've already eaten a bit).

Absolutely loved it here, best pasta I've had in as long as I can remember, and just off Garibaldi Piazza so lovely location and atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend, especially the truffle ravioli and risotto

Very good pasta, very good service, very good prices, and a cozy atmosphere. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Pisa.
We had the penne octopus, spaghetti pesto, spaghetti carbonara, and ravioli with sausage and radicchio. All very good. 😋

Andrea el propietario te orienta y te da sus recomendaciones .
Fuimos 2 dias a comer y no nos defraudo.Comimos espaguetis a la carbonara, calamarata con burrata y pene al J.Daniels .Tiramisú y milhojas de postre .
Precios muy económicos , cada plato de pasta 8/10 €.
Todo de 10 , las raciones son muy muy generosas .
Está a 10 minutos de la Torre de Pisa

Un endroit à découvrir, par sa simplicité, mais également par le plaisir de déguster des plats locaux. Simplement une explosion de saveur. Vous sentirez plongé au cœur de Pise, avec le plaisir de déguster des plats locaux. Les plats sont très généreux et d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Un endroit recommander Sans hésitation. Un endroit que je marque pour y revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Pise
