Trattoria La Ciusera In Guiglia

A steak rice bowl with side dishes, a beer, lots of desserts, a romantic afternoon tea, and some nice ice cream.

The quality of both food and wine was truly excellent. We enjoyed every course, from the appetizers to the first courses, to the meat, which was clearly their specialty, cooked to perfection. A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat well.

Excellent traditional cuisine. The staff and owner were extremely friendly. The tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and salami in a Taleggio cream sauce are highly recommended, as is the pappardelle with venison. We finished with cantucci biscuits and a round of meloncello and nocillo biscuits on the house. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner's father, a very kind and friendly man who told us the origin of the name "Ciusera."

Delicious. The atmosphere reminds me of my grandparents' Emilia. Everyone in the restaurant is so kind, the side dishes and pasta are excellent, and the cantuccini are fabulous!!! Thank you 🌞

Well-prepared traditional cuisine. Meat is definitely their specialty; I tried the sirloin and it was very good. The tortelloni with truffles were delicious.

Very nice and well-maintained place, with attentive and fast service. Gnocco fritto with excellent prosciutto and salami, lasagna with white ragù, tagliata, and tiramisu...all very good, worth returning for more.

The quality of all the ingredients is excellent. I had a few comments about the preparation of the dishes, but they were purely a matter of personal taste. I politely brought them to the attention of the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, I had a good time and will gladly return.

A beautiful evening. Dinner with four friends. We had a special, excellent meat, cooked perfectly. Perhaps the side dishes could be improved, and the gnocchi fritto (fried gnocchi) weren't excellent. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and the place was beautiful.

Locale con una forte identità e coerenza nell'arredo: molto gradevole all'interno ed altrettanto piacevole nel giardinetto esterno. Non fatevi ingannare del fatto che sia sulla strada statale perchè con l'alta, verde e folta siepe la privacy è assicurata. Ci capita di scegliere La Ciusera spesso nelle ns rare uscite perchè abbiamo ogni volta mangiato molto bene, dagli antipasti ai primi, dalla carne alle verdure. Sempre azzeccati e ben graditi i consigli del proprietario in merito ai vini o tagli di carne. il pane fatto da loro ha una marcia in più, specialmente quello al carbone, e le tigelle hanno dei semi nell'impasto che le rendono uniche! La ricerca nel dare qualcosa di diverso è, non sono molto apprezzata, ma anche realizzata in modo eccellente. Molto apprezzati i biscotti a forma di maialini ed il tris di liquori a fine pasto. A presto!
