The small but exquisite menu impresses with fresh ingredients that you can taste in every bite. The service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Anyone looking for Sicilian cuisine in Northern Italy will feel right at home here.

We returned to Trattoria Ippolito this year for Arancino Day on June 18th and, once again, we were not disappointed! The arancini were delicious: fragrant, well-seasoned and prepared with great care. The super affordable price (only €2!) made everything even more special. We had already had the opportunity to get to know their hospitality last year with the Aperigranita, a perfect formula for summer days: 6 mini granitas with Sicilian flavors accompanied by 2 enormous Sicilian brioches. Freshness, quality and authentic flavors that made us feel like we were on vacation even while staying in Friuli! The passion and attention that the staff puts into every initiative is truly felt. It is always a pleasure to return to this corner of Sicily in the heart of Cividale del Friuli. We will definitely return for the next initiative!

Well, to be honest, based on the existing reviews, my expectations were high, but the outcome was less fantastic. The food was ok, the service was great and atmosphere, well if you like shouting to your partner, loud.

Di ritorno da Castelmonte, cercavamo un'alternativa alle classiche osterie tipiche friulane e ci siamo fermati in questa Trattoria. Se all'esterno si nota solo l'omonima Azienda agricola di Famiglia, è all'interno che si capisce chi ci accoglie: accanto al bancone del bar, fa bella mostra di se' una vetrina ricca di formaggi, salumi e varie specialità siciliane. Pur senza aver prenotato, ci hanno subito accomodato in sala, accogliente, ordinata ed colorata con tipiche suppellettili siciliane. Il cameriere, cordiale e disponibile, ci ha spiegato il Menù, ricco ed in grado di soddisfare ogni palato. Crostini, focacce ed antipasti sfiziosi, primi appetitosi e secondi, sia di terra che di mare, dai gusti rigirosamente "di casa". Porzioni abbondanti e piatti rigorosamente cucinati espressi, ma l'attesa vale davvero la pena. Grande scelta di vini. Senza dimenticare i dolci, super! Anche per asporto, cani ben accettati ed accomodati. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie ed un grande in bocca al lupo a questa Famiglia di lavoratori "col vuire"

Esperienza fantastica! Locale accogliente che trasmette immediatamente il calore della Sicilia. Il menù offre una bella selezione di piatti tipici della tradizione siciliana, tutti preparati con ingredienti di prima qualità. Il servizio è stato impeccabile; personale molto cortese e attento. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia provare la cucina siciliana autentica, anche lontano dalla Sicilia: ogni piatto racconta una storia di tradizione, passione e sapori indimenticabili!
