I didn't know him and it was lucky to have chosen him with my wife for this weekend in Val d'Orcia. It was an experience of remarkable taste, in a quiet, clean, rustic and familiar environment, without noise and with a nice fireplace lit. 20/25 seats no more.. and perhaps this is how serious restaurants should be to give customers excellent quality and impeccable service. Too bad it's so far from Rome, I would have happily returned many times. Thanks and heartfelt applause to the owners, it was a true experience for the palate. Well done

What to say.... the tagliatelle with chestnut flour and Cinta Senese ragù were delicious, while the pici all'aglione were seasoned with a mouth-watering creamy sauce. The peposo was so tender that it melted in your mouth, I have never tasted such tender and tasty meat. And finally the cake... simple, with fresh cream and lemon cream, with soft sponge cake, slightly moistened with liqueur, a delight for the palate...

The environment is comfortable and with attention to detail, equipped with a large fireplace which contributes to giving a warm, serene and relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely delicious dishes which demonstrate the use of high quality products. Welcoming and professional staff. Highly recommended!!!🥰
