Da I Corsari non si va solo per assaporare le squisite pietanze, si va per vivere un’esperienza a 360° che va dalla dolce accoglienza, alla gentilezza nel servizio, ai sublimi piatti dello chef.
Le linguine alle cozze e le cozze gratinate mi hanno trasportato in riva al mare, erano gustosissime, probabilmente le migliori mai mangiate.
Una nota di allegria e spensieratezza è stata donata dal preparatissimo Matteo al quale va la mia stima per la conoscenza approfondita dei vini a loro disposizione e per i preziosi consigli di abbinamento.
Consiglio a tutti di provare questo luogo capace di portarci, anche se per poche ore, oltre l’abitudinaria routine.

Very nice informal location, kind, professional and friendly staff, Matteo made our lunch enjoyable and fun, excellent food, competent staff and excellent prices, patience sets them apart. We will definitely be back.

Our holiday in Salento could not miss a perfect restaurant like this which offered delicious traditional cuisine.
We had the mussels au gratin as an appetizer, linguine with seafood, broad beans and chicory and fresh pasta with aubergines, tomato and cacioricotta as a first course. As a second course, mixed fried seafood.
Each dish was better than the other.
All this was accompanied by an intimate but elegant atmosphere, certainly due to the impeccable service. Friendly, kind and helpful.
