I found this restaurant quickly in the evening after arriving in Gorizia for a short vacation, just to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was spartan, with many locals now "at home" and workers treated with extra consideration, at least from what I perceived. The owners or staff must have realized from the moment we entered that we were two tourists and that my partner and I weren't local. The menu was dictated verbally, so there wasn't enough time to decide when ordering, and to weigh the prices accordingly. The dishes were traditional, but not high quality; the goulash and cevapcici were good. The price was high and unknown. Wrong evening?! Probably 🤷🏻‍♀️
