Each dish is excellently prepared, precisely seasoned, and beautifully presented – with rather fine portions that match the elegant style of the establishment. The ambiance is very stylish and sophisticated; the seating is exceptionally comfortable and you feel well looked after. The service is friendly and generally good; I was particularly pleased that one dish – due to being oversalted – was not charged for. Occasionally, a little more attention would have been appreciated, as the drinks I ordered took a long time to arrive, and I had to ask two or three times for a return. Nevertheless, for anyone who appreciates elegant cuisine with a regional focus and fine portions, the Glisenti restaurant is a clear recommendation.

I tried Spaghetti ai Gamberi and Coregone al Forno, two dishes I can't recommend enough! And without a doubt, the best was the Polpettine di Salmerino! The menu also includes meat and vegetarian options, so there's something for everyone. Let's not forget the desserts... "Semifreddo al miele" and "Mouse al chocolate fondente"—mmmm delicious! Excellent lunch for my parents' anniversary. Lakeside tasting menu and vegetarian tasting menu. Everything was delicious, I highly recommend it!

Good variety of fish specialties. I had tuna tartare and another fish whose name I forget. It was very good.

Truly top-notch lake fish, as per local tradition! A beautiful location with a lake view, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor terrace or from a window. The interior is also enhanced by a rock face from the adjacent mountain. The wine list is also adequate; I tasted an excellent Kerner Alto Adige (even though Franciacorta is just a stone's throw away), which pairs perfectly with the cuisine. Well done!

Veramente un ottimo pranzo in questo ristorante molto curato a Marone. Tutto il tavolo ha optato per il menu degustazione "I sapori del lago" che ha dato totale soddisfazione. Complimenti alla cucina che ha esaltato il valore, spesso ingiustamente bristattato, del pesce di lago: menziono in particolare il filetto di trota salmonata e le polpettine di salmerino negli antipasti, così come le trofie come primo e il salmerino alla griglia perfettamente cotto come secondo. Complimenti a tutto il personale: gentile e qualificato. Grande realtà.
