Another year, another spectacular dinner here in Pila at Gente di Mare: every year during the holidays, Gente di Mare is a must-visit for at least one dinner. And the quality continues to improve, verging on perfection. Besides the food, the service, cleanliness, and orderliness of the place are also commendable. You have to know the place to find it, but it's definitely worth it, and you'll always return! Highly recommended!

The food was excellent.
The staff were friendly and professional, always attentive to customer requests.

Receipts for unknown customers, but a non-receipt with a discount written in hand in front of us for those they know. It's fair to say, but if we saw the scene and say we also pay cash, it's ridiculous to say, "Sorry, we have to issue receipts by law," and therefore no discount. I replied, "Sure, one yes and one no."
It's a shame, because the service is excellent. If they see you offering discounts and not issuing a receipt, you have to be a little more cunning... The spaghetti with clams was good, but not very generous. I would have added 20 grams more, and all the shells were empty. The clams were shelled along with the pasta. There's no point in adding empty shells at this point.
We saw some very tempting appetizers pass by for €40 a head. Fresh fish of the day, as a good seafood restaurant should have. It's a shame about the final scene at the checkout.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti del basso polesine dove si può degustare qualsiasi tipo di pietanza di pesce di altissima qualità. Una cucina semplice ma nello stesso tempo raffinata.
Ci torniamo spesso, ed ogni volta si prova la stessa emozione della prima volta.
I titolari com’è tutto il personale, sono persone squisite e super disponibili dai quali si capisce subito che hanno dedicato la loro vita a questo lavoro
