A historic trattoria with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The menu offers various typical things. There is a good choice but the meats are top, cooked before your eyes! I recommend trying the battered and fried sage. Service available, attentive and fast, bill in the norm. Will come back and try other dishes!

Excellent dinner... grilled tartare, excellent gnocchi. The owner and the kitchen staff are friendly and cheerful....as always everything is tasty and the relationship between quality and price is excellent

A stratospheric meat meal, the Florentine steak is delicious and the tartare is also fantastic. All delicious and good prices for the quality of the products. Quiet and welcoming environment, excellent chef and all the staff.

Excellent trattoria with barbecue grill managed with skill, Florentine cooked to perfection. Good room service and prices appropriate to the quality of the products. We will happily return.

Che cucina, casereccia ma di classe! Gli gnocchi con il gulash erano squisiti, e la porzione giusta se si vuole mangiare anche un secondo, noi abbiamo optato per la tagliata su letto di rucola con scaglie di grana. Sublime!

ottima trattoria tipica con piatti semplici ma veramente buoni.Personalmente ho apprezzato i crostini con il lardo il cotto caldo con il rafano.buoni gli gnocchi con goulasch ma soprattutto la carne sulla brace di legna (irrinunciabile).darei solo il consiglio di riscaldare di piu il piatto per assaporare meglio la carne.....ma forse eravamo in troppi.prezzi onesti

06/06/2025: One of the few typical trattorias left. Excellent food, very kind and helpful service, excellent value for money. Recommended for those who love fish; in its simplicity, it also has dishes for vegetarians (4 side dishes, pasta with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, pasta with sauce). Worth it!!!
28/05/2025: Classic Trieste trattoria. Friendly staff. Quick and punctual service. Varied menu, good dishes and the right "measure". House Glera more than passable. Price/ambience/quality ratio, positive. Parking difficult. If you go there with the right expectations, you will not be disappointed.

29/03/2025: Chef Morgan ha scelto una squadra campana per traghettare la sua scuola culinaria verso colori più vivaci. Con l’occhio attento di un triestino di tradizione, sa quali sono i numeri su cui scommettere, in una partita sempre al rilancio. Il locale è curato, i vani della cantina adiacente sono intimi e avvolgenti. Tra le bottiglie più pregiate, si consuma una cena dai toni definiti, dove il pesce è la cornice di ingredienti raffinati e mai prevaricanti. Il sommelier Andrea è un animo tedesco che vive l’esperienza con il cliente, come il saggio personaggio di cartone animato che sciorina conoscenze e buon mestiere. Conto adeguato all’alta qualità. Qualche scivolata di cottura perdonabile.
