We stopped by chance, intrigued by the exterior of the place... it turned out to be a fantastic place! Excellent and plentiful food, the owner is welcoming, friendly, and good company.

I discovered this place while staying two nights in Assergi. The pasta dish I ordered was excellent, accepting Franchino's suggestion of what he was already preparing. It was so good, and I was enjoying myself while sipping an excellent wine, that I also ordered the arrosticini with the vegetables. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

This place was recommended by locals, and I must say it was highly recommended. Franchino is the backbone and guides you with kindness through the delicious dishes. Don't miss the pasta and orapi! The price is more than fair. We'll be back to visit.

Feeling at home is priceless, that's what I experienced in this place. Very good and varied food, typical of Abruzzo (I really enjoyed the pasta with mountain spinach, bacon and pecorino cream and the arrosticini), generous portions, fast service, the owner is truly a nice genuine person!!! an excellent experience

Tested Tuesday 17 June. Owner (Franchino) very friendly. Good and plentiful food. Traditional Abruzzo cuisine, carefully prepared and made with passion. “Rustic” but pleasant atmosphere.

Mi svignerei confermando ciò che le altre recensioni dicono ma credo ci voglia qualche parola in più!! Strepitoso il cibo, tutto genuino, buono e ben cucinato!! Franchino ti fa immediatamente sentire a casa, simpatico e genuino anche lui. Sarà uno dei nostri punti di riferimento qui a L’Aquila

Anche questa volta il mitico Franchino ha messo in luce le eccellenti qualità della sua trattoria. Partendo dall'ottimo e abbondantissimo antipasto per passare agli eccellenti primi con pasta fatta in casa alla buonissima carne locale. Franchino è come sempre un simpatico personaggio.
