Absolutely worth trying, excellent quality and quantity of portions, courtesy, helpfulness of the staff, very nice and clean place, definitely worth returning.

The restaurant is located on the hills of Parma. Lunches and dinners based on typical products of the Parma tradition. All the dishes that will be served are uniquely delicious! The service was really very friendly. I highly recommend!

Excellent experience at Trattoria Fopla, excellent food even if not excellent, hence 4 stars and not 5. Perfect service and nice atmosphere. We ordered various appetizers, two first courses, three second courses and also desserts and we only spent 35 euros each, which I would say is very honest.

Posto caratteristico, siamo andati a pranzo in una giornata molto calda e si stava bene all'aperto senza aria condizionata. Servizio top e personale molto gentile e preparato. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici e locali di qualità. Consiglio vivamente

Polenta ottima ,salumi buonissimi come i tortelli alle erbe e le tagliatelle con funghi tutto con torta fritta e un buon bicchiere di vino, pagato il giusto... Se ripasso di la ci torno sicuramente...bravi

08/01/2025: We ate very well (fried pie and ham, tortelli with herbs with melted butter and parmesan) all excellent. Good quality house wine. Kind, attentive and friendly waiters
08/01/2025: What can I say, I had my graduation lunch here and every time a friend comes to Parma I take him to have dinner here to taste the typical cuisine and drink a good bottle! The service is also always very pleasant, well done!
