Trattoria Fopla In Solignano

This restaurant, located in the Parma hills, offers traditional Parmesan cuisine. A truly positive experience. We dined under the gazebo, fortunately enjoying the cool air and escape from the heat of the city. The staff were helpful, although with so many seats, they may have gotten a little overwhelmed. However, the generous portions and the delicious dishes met my expectations. We'll definitely be back at Gelsy.

You won't find a 10-page menu or gourmet dishes, but good traditional cuisine served with a smile. What to recommend? Everything and then a nice walk to work off the heat

Emiliani. Is there really anything else to say? Excellent and varied food, free refills at will, friendly and efficient service despite the packed restaurant (there were 12 of us...). Very honest prices and truly within the reach of many budgets... And in addition the surrounding environment, between stream, fields, hills and gullies... Bravi bravi bravi!

An oasis surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy the authentic flavors of traditional cuisine. Exceptional cold cuts and fried dumplings, tasty and abundant first courses, tasty and well-prepared meats. Fast, kind and friendly service, the perfect place to relax with friends and spend a nice day away from everyday stress in the name of good food and joy. Highly recommended.

I accompanied a group of lively conscripts — more than 40 people — and everyone went home enthusiastic! The menu, agreed in advance, was excellent: abundant, tasty dishes and served with great care. Even the requests for variations, for intolerances (one to lactose) or simple preferences (no tomato), were handled perfectly and always with a smile. The girls who took care of our tables were impeccable: attentive, friendly, always ready to refill water and wine without ever being called. The service was excellent, and they were able to deal with the many requests for "encores" and small variations with availability and cheerfulness. A note of merit also goes to the contagious vivacity of Mrs. Gelsomina, who contributed to making the atmosphere even more festive. Despite the 150 km that separate us, the group has already asked me to organize another trip to the Parma area as soon as possible ... with the perfect excuse to return to Trattoria Fopla da Genny!

We were there for my husband's 50th birthday.. we ate a spectacular fried cake.. with two first courses tagliatelle with ragù 😋 and tortelli with herbs.. good service.. good parking.. we will definitely come back again.. I recommend it to 💯 x 💯

We had the opportunity to dine in this beautiful restaurant with the group of Endurist girls. Excellent cold cuts with fried dumplings, washed down with an excellent sparkling rosé in a carafe. The second courses were also excellent, with a wonderful roast beef and an exceptional cheek. What can I say, we will be back.
