Apparently this is a store in Rome that also focuses on organic wine.
The three of us shared three appetizers, two pasta dishes, and two main dishes. Oh, and there were three dolce dishes.
It was very delicious.
It seems to be more of a new style than traditional Roman cuisine.
Abbiamo seguito le indicazioni di Slow Food e ci siamo trovati bene. Non la solita proposta culinaria romana. Ricerca ed originalità. Buoni e ben presentati i piatti. Buoni i dolci con un tocco di originalità e ricerca. Servizio ai tavoli cortese ed efficiente.

Welcoming, polite and kind staff. Nice, clean and tidy place. The two of us had an appetizer and a first course each with a wine by the glass suggested and well explained by a very calm member of staff who was able to advise us based on the dishes chosen from the menu. Appetizers fried to perfection - vegetable tempura and mozzarella in carrozza - exquisite. First courses: mezze sleeves amatriciana and carbonara all accompanied by a delicious Marbera. The wine selections are in plain sight at the entrance to the wine shop and are of excellent quality.
Excellent value for money.

A few days ago we went to Epirus for the first time. Let's start with the food: small, very focused menu, really well done Roman cuisine. Sweetbreads, breaded slice, turbot and solemn praise for the veal tip. We haven't tried any type of pasta but friends who go there often assure us that they are excellent. Friendly, courteous, polite, easy-going and warm service. Francesco and his colleague are truly professionals. The bread and oil are also very good. As for the wines, you should know that they only have "natural" wines and if you like the type you are ok, otherwise you will have to adapt, like we did. There is a beautiful and large veranda in a small internal courtyard which will be unmissable in summer.

Hostaria wineria in the San Giovanni area. Hostaria that offers traditional Roman dishes also in a revisited way, and with a careful eye on seasonality. I took the sweetbreads with coffee and orange zest, vol au vent with creamed cod and fried artichokes in strips, mozzarella in carrozza with anchovy sauce on the side and sweet Maritozzo. What can I say, very good, tasty sweetbreads, I particularly appreciated the aroma of coffee as an accompaniment. A little disappointed by the vol au vent, in my opinion the pastry was a little dry, and above all I wanted to taste the creamed cod more, the artichoke essentially predominated. Worthy of note is the mozzarella in carrozza, I appreciated the coarse crunchy breading which gave it an extra boost and then that lovely tasty anchovy sauce which balanced out the more delicate flavor of the mozzarella. Then I got the husbandzzo with the cream or rather its revisitation. I didn't like the surface being too crunchy, it didn't reflect the translation of the real Maritozzo, the dough was a bit bland and the cream was disappointing in my humble opinion too many puddings. Price €80 with the addition of a sacher
