We had a great aperitif, trying to sample as much as possible. The canned tuna will always be in my heart. The atmosphere is refined, and the owners are very friendly and took great care to explain all the dishes to us. I forgot to mention that all the accompanying sauces are homemade. We'll definitely be back.

Refined presentations, creative pairings, and balanced flavors encourage you to polish your plate to the last drop. Each course was explained with passion, enriching the experience. The atmosphere is intimate, clean, and welcoming, with soft music and dim lighting that make for a pleasant evening. The outdoor space (the "dehor") is also beautiful, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. Attentive service, well-timed courses, and a well-stocked cellar with a wide selection of wines. Excellent value: the price is fully commensurate with the experience offered. The attention to detail and dedication to offering not just a dinner, but a special experience are evident. Last night we went to Trattoria Epiro expecting to find the same restaurant as last year, but as soon as they brought us the menu, we realized it was significantly different in price and cuisine, offering only fish. The waiter later confirmed that the management changed in June 2025. This is a bit misleading, given that Google still has photos of the menu and dishes from the old Roman restaurant, which we were craving last night. We could have gotten up and gone looking for another Roman trattoria, but we stayed to try the new offerings. We had a baked oyster, two pasta dishes, and a bottle of water. Total €58. A bit too expensive for what we ate. The quality of the dishes is good, and you can taste the fresh fish. The oyster was very tasty, but I didn't like the citrus gel they make, which reminded me of toothpaste. The pasta dishes, while inviting and high-quality, left us a bit hesitant: the honey and ricotta cream with pears seemed too sweet for those dishes, and the fish was too weak. Obviously, it's a matter of taste. The service, which seemed family-run, was welcoming and friendly, with explanations of the dishes being served. Perhaps a little slow, but that indicates freshly prepared food, so no complaints. The quiet atmosphere allows for an intimate dinner. We enjoyed the two small welcome and end-of-meal dishes, which were very interesting and delicious. Moral of the story: if you want to go to a seafood restaurant with unique dishes not found everywhere and are willing to spend more than €20 for a pasta dish, this is the place to be.

Amazing new management of the historic Epiro restaurant. An oasis of peace: a family atmosphere, we felt pampered throughout the dinner. Very interesting menu, we would have tried everything... excellent value, with a special mention for the fish entrees, amazing! We'll be back soon, as you've probably guessed, UNMISSABLE.
