Found the place purely by chance and was really glad we did. The food is very traditional and the service was fantastic. Diana our waitress went above and beyond to explain what the different dishes were. 10/10

Being able to find a traditional trattoria in a tourist city like Florence is already a noteworthy fact. If you then add to this the quality of the food, the relaxing environment and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, you reach the maximum.

Il pranzo con gli amici per scambiarci gli auguri natalizi lo facciamo in questa trattoria a due passi dalla Stazione, che ben conosciamo per l’alta qualità. Fettunta con l’olio nuovo, tortelli mugellani (con la pasta tirata a mano) al ragù, peposo (cottura della carne a fuoco lento per tre ore e rigorosamente senza pomodoro) e bietoline saltate, tiramisù della Casa. Piatti saporiti e di sostanza. Più di uno del gruppo, a fine pranzo, si è congratulato con Massimo, il proprietario, parlando del miglior peposo mai assaggiato. Quando la cucina toscana mantiene salde radici!

Piccola trattoria in una strada vicino alla stazione. Non avevamo prenotato ma ci hanno trovato ugualmente il posto. Ambiente molto raccolto e familiare. Abbiamo preso un antipasto a base di crostini toscani ( 1 all'olio, uno con fegatini, uno con i carciofi e uno con pomodori a pezzi) non l'ho trovato particolarmente buono; il crostino era una semplice fetta di pane nemmeno tostata. Come primo lasagne fatte in casa molto buone e abbondanti. Conto nella media considerato che la città Firenze è molto cara.

An explosion of sea in my mouth The prosecco was exceptional It's difficult to find a prosecco like this that doesn't leave that sweetness in your mouth that after the third glass makes you stagger as if you were on a boat with the south-westerly wind on the shore Tonight I will have a Costa Cruise crisis I think back to today's lunch and your lovely hospitality, which I noticed you dedicate to everyone. This is professionalism and that a sporadic customer is the best advertisement

20/02/2025: Very good dumplings. Crispy and soft at the same time. Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff. Absolutely accessible prices considering that we are in Florence. If you pass by Viale Guidoni, stop.
