07/10/2025: I don't know if it's due to language or cultural differences, but I felt a bit discriminatory towards Asians, and the service was rather poor. It's rare to see customers being made to wait outside the restaurant after entering. I even asked three times if I could be seated, and they just said "wait here," which felt a bit disrespectful. The T-bone steak was average, alright. At 94 euros, it's decent value, but the beef lacked some flavor. I personally prefer the richer flavor of grain-fed beef. Also, the rareness wasn't something I was used to; medium might be more to my taste. The salad was good, and the cappuccino was quite good.

The cuisine is a triumph of flavors and tradition: the lasagna, made with dough rolled by hand in Rita's kitchen, is a poem of flavor and delicacy; the Florentine steak is cooked to perfection, juicy and fragrant; the desserts are a fitting conclusion to a memorable experience. For dessert, I recommend the fragrant sfogliatina with berries, a simple yet irresistible dessert, and the warm cantucci with vin santo, which offer an embrace of authentic Tuscan flavors.
