Trattoria Don Giovanni In Roma

A very good trattoria. It's 100 meters from Cantello San Angelo. "Carciofi alla Romana" (artichokes) is a delicacy. Also, Parma Preserves and Melon. Grilled Salmon is another delicacy. Very good service.

Unbeatable attention. Some diligent guys. They gave me a portion of calamari and some delicious baked potatoes. The price is very good, taking into account the privileged location of the terrace overlooking the Vatican.

Delicious Amatriciana, spot-on paste. Great service. View of the Tiber and Castel Sant'Angelo. What more could you want?

We stopped for a drink because of the rain, and they were very friendly and the beer was good.

You have to be lucky to get a place as it is right on the tourist route and is therefore very busy. Service was friendly and quick, only partially not immediately accessible (many guests). The food was tasty and served quickly, as were the drinks.

Very good food. Nice service. Atmospheric pub. A large portion of salad. Delicious tomato soup Tasty grilled meat.

A very nice discovery, first for a beer before visiting the Castel Sant'Angelo, then the meal with delicious pizzas accompanied by a good Chianti followed by homemade Tiramisu. And obviously Limoncello. The service is excellent, the staff very pleasant and the atmosphere...bha, it's Italy! I highly recommend. I don't understand why the rating is so low.

Pay attention to the bill. We had dinner here taking the tonnarelli all'amatriciana and the fettuccine with mussels and pecorino in white which were not bad. The service leaves a lot to be desired: small tables that were too close together, we had to close the bread twice which had not been brought to us together with the drinks; on the other tables in the bread basket there was also the schiacciata which was not given to us; we wanted to order desserts but the waiters were too busy chatting amongst themselves so after waiting a bit we gave up; at the checkout they listed the dishes taken but then I saw that they don't calculate the cover charge but add a "10% tax" which is also convenient for us (having spent little)..... but what if you have a complete meal?!? Dirty bathroom with two steps, broken door which does not make it wheelchair accessible even though there is a sign that it is for people with disabilities. The only thing that survives are the panels on the walls that reproduce Castel Sant'Angelo with historical and famous characters.

My brother-in-law had to poop, but the beer was okay.
