Great restaurant with excellent food. The pizzas are visually stunning and delicious. The cacio e pepe pasta is very good; a slightly larger portion would have been perfect. The servers are very friendly and attentive.

It's a good restaurant, the food tastes great. I read previous reviews and most of them focused on the payment process; however, the menu clearly states the weight of the meat and the price.
The only issue is that they ask for an extra service charge when you pay, emphasizing that it's not included. And the minimum service charge is 10%.

We didn't try the food because we were just passing through, to be honest. We saw it on other tables and it looked fantastic. But the customer service was fantastic; the staff were incredibly friendly, letting us charge our phones and making us feel very comfortable. A 10 out of 10.

The carbonara was quite acceptable with the standards around here. Better than some in fact. Good view too since I face the castle while eating. Like going to other places, always ask for what the coperto (cover charges) or tour charges, they will be printed on the menu somewhere. For this restaurant, it was on the last page. I already knew I’ll be paying 13.20 beforehand cuz 10% service charge and I prepared exact cash, hence payment was fuss-free

The pizza was delicious. The Divola also had meat and was delicious.
The location is great, but it's a bit pricey.
They're very friendly.
I got stuck in the bathroom because I couldn't open the door.
It turned out I had to forcefully turn the round handle counterclockwise about 180 to 270 degrees to open it. In Korea, you can open it with a slight 45 to 90 degree turn. I was so flustered, but I was sorry and grateful for their help. ^^
