We had the mixed grilled fish and it was absolutely delicious — very fresh and perfectly cooked! The service was excellent, the food arrived quickly, and the staff were wonderful: friendly, attentive, and warm. Cozy and beautiful atmosphere — highly recommended!

It’s a close 4. We did enjoy our evening here and most reviews are close to the truth. It’s not spectacular but it’s far from the bad reviews that drag it down. The service was really good, being from Canada our Sicilian (Italian) is non-existent at best so from the moment we arrived we were greeted in English, it’s a little thing but makes a difference. The carafe of red was exactly as I expected and since I only drink red wine in Italy (sue me) I loved it! The bruschetta was fine, nothing to rave about and the same about the scampi pasta. But the fresh sea bass with potatoes and grilled veg was excellent. We were there second week of October so it was quieter but the terrace was still fairly busy. We enjoyed it but it didn’t stand out as a return trip.

A cozy and beautiful place, a little away of the noise of the 'main street'. Attention was great, food didn't surprise me, was correct, just a bit pricey (pasta of the day was 23€).

Wonderful food and service! The menu selection is excellent. I chose the meatballs, grilled with lemon leaves and a delightful cherry tomato and onion salad. Extra-virgin olive oil and a bit of salt made the salad the most delightful experience ever, As flavorful juicy Tomatoes can provide, and the entrée outstanding, I appeal, texture, and flavor. This lovely establishment that’s slightly off the main street, yet Easily accessible. Definitely recommend!

Nice restaurant, it's important to book in advance, the prices are fair and the off-menu items are excellent.

Escondido en la calle lateral del extremo "Catania" del Corso se encuentra Don Camillo's, un restaurante de gestión familiar con un hermoso comedor exterior elevado cubierto de árboles frutales y suavemente iluminado a medida que se oscurece la noche. Mi esposa y yo nos encontramos sentados entre algunas pequeñas familias locales sicilianas en varias mesas. Y cuando te encuentras con gente local comiendo fuera, sabes que va a ser bueno. Mi esposa optó por el Polpetti, yo opté por el pescado frito mixto, ensalada de naranja y las patatas. Una botella de vino, el calor de la noche, las conversaciones italianas, cierra los ojos y podrías estar entre "tu familia italiana". La comida, el servicio, el precio y el ambiente donde todo "spot on" en términos ingleses. Muy recomendable, volveremos a visitar antes de que terminen nuestras vacaciones.

He estado visitando este restaurante por más de 15 años, celebro un cumpleaños especial allí y contraté el lugar solo para mis invitados. Vanessa es un anfitrión magnífico, que siempre hace todo lo posible para asegurarse de que tenga una experiencia maravillosa, al igual que todo el personal. La comida es de primera clase, tengo mi favorita que es la polpette di limone, arancia & cipolla insalata con patate rosti! Sin embargo, los mariscos también son increíbles, usted es mimado para la elección. Postres caseros también deliciosos. Siempre recomiendo a amigos y familiares cuando visiten Taormina para asegurarse de que hacen una visita para verla. Deberías hacer lo mismo, vale la pena ❤️
