We dined here during a short stay in Orvieto and had a wonderful time, feeling right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the setting is very familiar. The traditional dishes are excellent, and the entire staff is very friendly. Congratulations!

A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant, with efficient and friendly service. Stefano was an excellent host, welcoming, friendly, and always available to answer any questions.
The food is primarily local (Umbrian) and very good! You can taste both the passion in the kitchen and the care with which the ingredients are chosen, which immediately made it clear they were of excellent quality.
Highly recommended, and I can't wait to take another trip out of town to Orvieto and have the opportunity to dine again at this lovely restaurant, which is also a historic venue in Orvieto, located right in the center.

It seems like a family-run place. They are very kind and available to answer any questions. I called yesterday to reserve a table for today, December 27th, but it wasn't possible due to the Christmas holidays. We arrived today and the table was booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. Two families ate there, and all the food was truly exceptional. We went there specifically for the truffles, and I must say that there was no shortage of both quality and, above all, quantity. I highly recommend it!

This was the only place in Italy we ate at twice. Such a quiet, lovely spot. We did dinner and then lunch. The caccio e pepe senza glutine was my favorite meal of the trip. Caprese was so fresh. Wine recommendations were incredible. Loved it here.

We ate lunch at this restaurant on a cold, rainy day on a recommendation from a friend. I am vegan and was very happy to see how accommodating they are in offering vegan options. I had a fantastic farro and veggie soup. For dessert I had the vegan, cashew based Panna Cotta. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I decided to eat lunch there again the following day. I had a mushroom and truffle pasta (which they made vegan with an egg free pasta) and again had that fantastic Panna Cotta. Everything was incredible! They don't advertise the vegan Panna Cotta, but whether you are vegan or just dairy free, the Panna Cotta is a MUST! If you are in Orvietto you must try this little, out of the way restaurant. E' eccellente!

Great experience...
We came to Orvieto for a short trip. At lunchtime, we looked for a restaurant and found Trattoria dell'Orso. We ate very well, everything was truly delicious. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommended. P.S. The background music was also perfect.
