A hidden gem in Orvieto. We stumbled upon this restaurant on our 1st evening in Orvieto. We did no have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us at one of their outdoor tables. Which was perfect for us. The service was excellent. The food and wine were delicious. We will definitely go back next time we are in Orvieto.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent table service, and excellent, quality food. A good value. Highly recommended if you want to experience a meal using all five senses!

Authentic Umbrian cuisine at this cozy trattoria located on a small street near the Piazza della Repubblica. The decor, service, and food were all characterized by understated elegance. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience after a day of exploring Orvieto.

The outdoor setting is pleasant. The truffle pasta and charcuterie platter are very good. The tiramisu is by far the best I ate during my stay.

The best trattoria I’ve ever been to in my life! The service was warm and attentive, the food was absolutely outstanding and the wines were impeccable. An unforgettable experience I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Proprietari e personale gentili ed ambiente accogliente. Il cibo ottimo, di alta qualità. Abbiamo assaggiato il piccione ed è sicuramente un piatto da provare. Torta alle mele squisita. Torneremo sicuramente. Rapporto qualità prezzo 10 considerando che si tratta di un locale nel pieno centro di Orvieto.

Ottima cucina, locale centrale ma defilato. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci hanno soddisfatto in pieno, compresi gli squisiti dolci. Una sosta che ha contribuito ad arricchire l'esperienza in Orvieto. Complimenti..

17/10/2025: Beautiful ambiance, very friendly staff, and excellent food. We had pork skewers and lamb chops, respectively, and were impressed by both the preparation and the quality of the meat.
15/10/2025: Staff was top notch and the drinking roulette blessed me with an amazing drink. Would recommend :)

Ristorante dell'Agriturismo La Vite e l'Ulivo

24/08/2025: We stopped along the Camino, but it would have been worth staying longer! Simona allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected. Awaiting us was a beautifully appointed apartment, equipped with everything we needed, with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. We relaxed all afternoon in the beautiful pool, enjoyed a poolside aperitif, and dined on expertly prepared local dishes. All this was made even more special by the special company of Nicole and Antonio, who set the table for dinner and graced us with their presence! A truly welcoming experience. Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you soon!
19/08/2025: Well, what can I say? We've arrived here at the end of the silent villages trail, which began and ended in Baschi. We couldn't have chosen a better ending than this agriturismo, where we were welcomed and treated with such warmth and enjoyed a divine meal. Highly recommended!
