We spent a day in Orvieto, and the trattoria was recommended to us by the B&B Torre Polidori. After lunch, we immediately booked for dinner. Highly recommended for both the good food and the service.

We had lunch at this trattoria in the center of Orvieto twice during the week of Ferragosto. We were warmly welcomed even though it was almost 3:00 PM. Excellent value. Traditional Umbrian dishes cooked with love and authentic flavor, informal yet efficient service!

The pasta with tomatoes and the pasta with truffle and wild boar were delicious! The wild boar carpaccio was excellent, as was the soup. The owner was super nice, helpful and always smiling. The other staff were also polite and smiling. The tiramisu was very good. If you're visiting this city, you must stop by this place!

This restaurant was recommended by both our accommodation hosts and by a good friend who is a long time visitor to Orvieto. We made a reservation earlier in the day to ensure we could secure an outdoor table. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and friendly. My lovely described the lamb as “Bellissimo”. Cooked to perfection. Having completed the tour of the Orvieto Underground earlier in our visit I finally took the plunge and ordered the local delicacy - piccione (pigeon). It was cooked well and I am glad to have had the experience. The house red was more than acceptable - a lovely drop. With the visit.

Proprietari e personale gentili ed ambiente accogliente. Il cibo ottimo, di alta qualità.
Abbiamo assaggiato il piccione ed è sicuramente un piatto da provare. Torta alle mele squisita.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima cucina, locale centrale ma defilato. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci hanno soddisfatto in pieno, compresi gli squisiti dolci.
