The service left much to be desired. We ordered two glasses of wine and they lost our order; we ordered two appetizers and they lost our order again (which arrived after an hour). Finally, we ordered tiramisu: incredible but true, if I hadn't gone to ask about our dessert after 45 minutes, it would never have arrived. Still, we ate well, and the place is gorgeous.

Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly but always professional. The liqueurs offered at the end of the meal were highly appreciated, especially the milk one.

Enchanting atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. We chose three set menus with a buffet and grilled meat. The Tignanello wine was exceptional. Must try! Recommended!

A very good place for dinner. The view is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious! It's best to make a reservation in advance, though 😉

Experience: really a shame... we went to the restaurant: the place is superb, the menu is good (with prices slightly higher for the region but which are easily forgotten given the place and the house), but forgive us but the service is below par... two people for the whole restaurant, it's not acceptable. Or you have to have good profiles... We arrived at 7:30 p.m., left 3 hours later even though we had only ordered ONE dish (and had children)... we have been to 20 restaurants in recent weeks, this was by far the slowest in Tuscany. Some tables are prioritized over others, which is a shame because the food and drink there is very good. In short, a disappointment for the level it could easily have been if the servers had been better... really a shame

Locale posto in posizione meravigliosa, si mangia sotto una veranda con vista sul vigneto Solaia. Ottima l'accoglienza ed il servizio, piatti semplici ma ben fatti, in porzioni più che giuste, carta vini limitata quasi esclusivamente alle etichette Antinori. Prezzi forse un po' alti per il tipo di cucina, comunque esperienza sicuramente positiva.

11/12/2025: The two of us had dinner at this delightful restaurant we'd heard so much about, and it was a wonderful experience! When I booked, I mentioned that I was celiac, and they reassured me that about 70% of the menu is naturally gluten-free, but they also pointed out that since they only have one kitchen, there could be cross-contamination. The woman who served us was kind and smiling, explaining all the dishes to us and letting me know what I could eat. Obviously, the homemade pasta wasn't available gluten-free, but almost everything else was available by removing the bread or crumble. They also have gluten-free bread on the side (not the best, but still appreciated thanks to their delicious olive oil!) We had two delicious appetizers, two first courses (the one with wild boar sauce had homemade pasta with gluten, and the cream soup was divine!), and two simply incredible desserts, especially the one with white chocolate! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, with plants everywhere and a lovely atmosphere. Next time, we'll try to book a lunch with a view of Florence!
