Trattoria del Ponte In Briona

23/12/2024: I book a table for two, when we arrive at the restaurant, the music is loud enough to create confusion with the reverberation, we wait 2 minutes for them to finish talking about the orders and the waiter shows us the table to sit at, cold place, no heating except with insufficient air conditioning for the room and a pellet stove turned off, we sit down and the waitress takes our order after a few minutes and brings us water, then total disinterest! Only after 45 minutes did we ask if there was still much left and... unfortunately by chance our order slip was ruined and they had to take the order again. The pizza arrived quickly and was very good, soft and well cooked. It's a shame for the lack of professionalism of the staff and lack of attention to the customer, the pizza chef is a true artist and his pizzas are truly exceptional! We will return in the spring for the pizza, hoping to find improvements in the service and at least we won't suffer from the cold!

21/12/2024: From the outside it doesn't look like anything special and inside it's not the most super...but their food is worth the money! 5 with a ton! Very friendly people though! I highly recommend it!!
