Quality food. Endless cold and hot appetizers. The fried foods and the first course are good. They also made a celiac-friendly pasta with fish sauce. Price more than fair for what we ate.

The overall experience was positive, although there was a certain lack of attention to detail. In contexts like this, where the gastronomic offer is based entirely on fish, the difficulty in varying the dishes without incurring monotony is understandable. However, some choices accentuated this sensation: for example, the scampi pasta, served immediately after a course of raw scampi, gave the impression of a repetition. The excellent cooking of the pasta however enhanced the dish, attenuating its limitations. Some alternatives were also proposed which did not prove to be fully effective, such as battered prawns - with a coating that was excessively thick and heavy - and fried pecorino, the presence of which appeared inconsistent with the identity of the fish menu. The journey ended with a predictable ending: the classic sorbet. Even in this case, the creation was not flawless, as small fragments of ice could be perceived inside, a sign of sub-optimal creaming, which compromised the creaminess expected from a sorbet. In summary, although it is a pleasant experience, the venue conveys the impression of having a much higher potential than what is actually expressed. Where the cuisine should amaze and involve, a predictable uniformity was instead perceived, transforming the wait for gastronomic emotion into something taken for granted. Having paid more than expected, I leave with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but not that of the coffee: unfortunately, it wasn't available.

Il miglior ristorante di pesce a Scoglitti senza se e senza ma. Sono una certezza. Ottima qualità, servizio buono (anche se da migliorare).

Nous avions 2 plats chacun, un antipasti de poulpe ( 5 petites tentacules, huile d'olive, citron. Puis des rondelles de calamars frits et un petit sorbet citron. Boisson, eau. Prix 35 euros par personne. Pour 55 euros repas complet ou il y a il me semble 12 plats avec vin et eau. Vraiment l'impression d'avoir été dupé 🤔 C'est dommage nous avions prévu d'y retourner car c'est très bon, mais non, nous irons dépenser nos euros ailleurs
