A Milanese trattoria with a twist for some dishes. Very good and friendly staff, equally friendly owners, and an excellent wine cellar. The risotto, in my opinion, had too much vinegar and was too acidic—a shame! The appetizers were good; pappardelle with ragù was too salty. The Milanese cutlet, revisited, was excellently breaded and cooked well, but...

I ate at this restaurant with my family on a weekday for lunch, having booked well in advance based on the excellent reviews. I have to say it was a disappointment. While I can't fault the staff's excellent professionalism and kindness, I have a lot to say about the food: nothing exceptional. Of the dishes I ordered, only the cutlet and tiramisu were adequate. The rest is vastly overrated. Not to mention the price. Gourmet portions, but haute cuisine prices... you can't spend €20 for seven Mondeghili, and they're also tasteless... Perhaps it made sense to visit this place in 2018, given its Michelin star in 2017, but in my opinion, if you want to eat, it's better to go elsewhere.

We tried the classic Milanese tasting menu, which included a welcome entree, various flavorful appetizers (nervetti, mondeghili, and tongue), an excellent saffron risotto, technically perfect, and an interesting half-cotoletta with a delicious veal tenderloin. The dessert was also quite good. Very attentive service and friendly, helpful staff. A remote location, but a beautiful one.

If you're ready for fantastic, reinterpreted classic seasonal dishes, this is the place for you!

Typical restaurant with high-end cuisine. The veal cutlet is a spectacle. Highly recommended. The price for the veal cutlet side dish, wine, and liqueur is within the range for these restaurants.

A wonderful surprise. Everything exceeded expectations because in every bite you could feel the pursuit of quality and attention to detail. We had a divine meal. Special mention also for the desserts, which perfectly rounded off an already excellent dinner. Impeccable service.

We went with fairly high expectations, but we left feeling a bit disappointed. The food is limited, which isn't a flaw in itself, but none of it really stood out. I found both the first course and the cutlet to be average, lacking anything memorable. The service was also a bit sluggish: we had to ask several times for drinks and coffee. The atmosphere is a bit cold, partly due to the lack of background music that would make everything more welcoming. It's certainly a historic venue, but the prices are also quite high, and considering the experience, I didn't find them entirely justified. Although I tend not to care about price, this time I couldn't help but notice. I didn't leave dissatisfied, but overall, for me, it was a rather mediocre meal.

A Milanese restaurant with cozy decor, too noisy, and quite far away. We had saffron risotto, excellent if rather rich, rice timbale, Milanese cutlet, excellent, small portion, and mashed potatoes. It's a shame the wait was so long between courses. The waiters were friendly, but the owner is a bit too showy!
