My partner and I dined here the day after carnival. It was authentic with excellent service and amazing quality for the price. My personal favourite was the black truffle stragnozzi and the staff let us have free samples on traditional carnival food!

We ordered a portion of tagliatelle with meat sauce and one of strangozzi alla spoletina. In the meantime they offered us a bruschetta with oil and orange-marinated olives. Everything delicious, fast service and very friendly staff. Advised

Il posto migliore dove abbiamo mangiato a spoleto! Abbiamo preso bruschette miste come antipasto, quella al tartufo era spettacolare, poi abbiamo preso due secondi. Abbiamo aspettato un po' per i secondi e ci hanno offerto un assaggio di zuppa di farro e lenticchie, veramente ottima! Anche la carne era buonissima. Personale gentile e attento, da rifare sicuramente!

Excellent restaurant almost at the level of a noble Trattoria! Don't be surprised by the comparison, I prefer and look for the noble Trattorias of the past and making this compliment to a restaurant for which I use a capital letter is, for the latter and for both things, a source of pride! Owner/Manager, I assure you!

L'ambiente di questo locale è piacevole, il servizio rapido e la cameriera molto gentile. Mio marito ed io abbiamo cenato con due ottimi primi piatti, una buona costata (cotta come richiesto) e un piatto abbondante di funghi, più un eccellente vino della casa. Abbiamo pagato una cifra ragionevole e se capita torneremo volentieri.

23/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante nel centro storico di Trevi con bellissima ambientazione storica. Piatti abbondanti e ingredienti selezionato del territorio. Ottimi il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, le tagliatelle al ragù di trota e gli strangozzi al tartufo. Negli altri tavoli erano presenti clienti abituali per cui decisamente non un ristorante per turisti.
31/12/2024: After a beautiful walk, starting from the station (about 45 minutes) we arrived in the ancient part of this beautiful village. The place and the staff are very welcoming, the food is very good and cared for. We had 3 appetizers (scrambled eggs with truffles, appetizer of local cheeses and cured meats and trout and pesto bruschetta) a mushroom and chickpea soup and two second courses (baked trout and sweet and sour suckling pig) two coffees and amaro. All delicious, highly recommended!

11/02/2025: Atypical place, we don't know what we're going to eat but in the end we ate really well. It's simple, local, tasty, plentiful, made with great service. In addition, restaurant where chiacchiere are a must. To do again. French people from central France....
07/02/2025: Avevo letto precedentemente le recensioni del ristorante e ci siamo capitati davanti, senza troppe indicazioni, una sera di Gennaio, mentre eravamo alla ricerca di un ristorante dove mangiare e ripararci dal freddo pungente che colpiva Spoleto. Prima di entrare noto una piccola lavagnetta all'ingresso: MENU FISSO 27€ Decidiamo di entrare, e il proprietario ci espone le 3 portate del menu fisso. Ci sediamo e ceniamo. Qualità dei prodotti buona. Menù un pò povero, troppo casereccio ecco. Si che è un'osteria... però Ambiente particolare, proprietario conviviale.
