Trattoria del Festival In Spoleto

28/04/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch attracted by the desire to try typical dishes in a simple and traditional Assisi environment. The experience was positive overall, even if without any particular enthusiasm. The appetizer was composed of a selection of discrete cured meats, but what left me a little perplexed was the quantity of torta al testo.. it was one of the elements that most intrigued me, but unfortunately the portion was really minimal, almost symbolic. The first courses were good, average, without particular peaks but still tasty. In general, the atmosphere is that of a classic trattoria: simple, familiar, unpretentious. If you are looking for a "safe" culinary experience and without surprises, it can be fine. If instead you expect something more refined or abundant in certain details, you could be a little disappointed.

28/04/2025: We went to this place for lunch, the staff is very kind, and the dishes are delicious including the desserts, I highly recommend it
