More than a trattoria, a restaurant. Let's say that the restaurant has a familiar, easy-going atmosphere, the kind manners of the owner and his (I presume) daughter. Nice environment, clean, quick service, food as good as we had imagined. What can I say, a really nice place. It's a shame to be passing through, otherwise we could happily return.

Ambiente molto rumoroso per via di scellerati individui e comunque ripagati dalla bontà e genuinità del prodotto locale e della sapienza del titolare nel dettagliare le pietanze consumate.

Family lunch, typical Parma menu, I can only judge the gluten-free dishes I consumed, but in general the diners were happy. The starter pie with pears and cheese is good, the veal chop is good, but really small, a child's portion. Prices not cheap, but not exorbitant either. Discreet service.

Christmas lunch, despite the occasion, excellent dishes and excellent, punctual service. Nice environment. Personally the best Christmas lunch at a restaurant in the last 10 years.

The tortelli are excellent. As a second course I chose veal cheek with polenta, super. Cost online for the center of Parma.

Trattoria con cucina tipica emiliana. Nella terra dei salumi ovviamente a farla da padrone sua maestà il prosciutto crudo, davvero molto buono quello che viene servito con l antipasto di salumi (salame e coppa invece nella media). Buoni i tortelli di erbette e ricotta ma ciò che mi ha rapito è stato senza dubbio un eccezionale risotto con asparagi, porcini e culatello....altissimo livello. Per finire in dolcezza un semifreddo al mascarpone da volare via. Ci torneremo sicuramente

15/02/2025: Very familiar atmosphere, excellent pansoti with walnut sauce, Genoese ravioli, very tender roast veal with baked potatoes and finally delicious "tenerina" chocolate cake... absolutely fair price and generous portions of everything, congratulations

Antica Cereria

02/04/2024: The Antica Cereria di Parma is one of the best restaurants in the city: for menu, service and context. The menu is made up of traditional Parma dishes, alongside new and delicious proposals, with particular combinations that deserve to be tasted. The selection of wines is also excellent, kept in an ancient underground cellar that can be visited on request. Absolutely must try! If it was useful to you, leave a like! 👍🏼☺
