More than a trattoria, a restaurant. Let's say that the restaurant has a familiar, easy-going atmosphere, the kind manners of the owner and his (I presume) daughter.
Nice environment, clean, quick service, food as good as we had imagined. What can I say, a really nice place. It's a shame to be passing through, otherwise we could happily return.

Family lunch, typical Parma menu, I can only judge the gluten-free dishes I consumed, but in general the diners were happy.
The starter pie with pears and cheese is good, the veal chop is good, but really small, a child's portion.
Prices not cheap, but not exorbitant either.
Discreet service.

Trattoria con cucina tipica emiliana. Nella terra dei salumi ovviamente a farla da padrone sua maestà il prosciutto crudo, davvero molto buono quello che viene servito con l antipasto di salumi (salame e coppa invece nella media). Buoni i tortelli di erbette e ricotta ma ciò che mi ha rapito è stato senza dubbio un eccezionale risotto con asparagi, porcini e culatello....altissimo livello. Per finire in dolcezza un semifreddo al mascarpone da volare via. Ci torneremo sicuramente
