Stasera ho cenato, come tante altre volte nell’ultimo anno, alla Trattoria del Ducato insieme a mio figlio. Da quando frequento Parma nei fine settimana, ho avuto modo di provare praticamente tutti i ristoranti della zona. Eppure, c’è qualcosa in questo posto che mi fa tornare sempre con piacere. Cos'è che lo rende così speciale? Sarà la cucina, autentica e curata in ogni dettaglio? Sarà la gentilezza e la calda accoglienza che ti fa sentire come a casa? Sarà l’atmosfera, semplice ma ricca di personalità? O forse è la somma di tutte queste cose, che trasformano ogni cena in un’esperienza da ricordare. In un panorama gastronomico così ricco come quello parmigiano il Ducato è uno di quei rari posti che non deludono mai. Un ristorante dove si mangia bene, si sta bene, e si torna sempre volentieri. Se passate da Parma, vi consiglio sinceramente di provarlo. Magari anche voi, come me, scoprirete che ci sono luoghi in cui non si va solo per mangiare bene … ma anche per vivere momenti di autentico piacere.

Absolutely beautiful little restaurants with the best Italian food and lovely wine , staff was so welcoming and so friendly . Will definitely be back

I asked to remove the giardiniera from the tartare, the whole tartare didn't arrive, I could have asked for it but at that point it was fine...very good food

Un posto da non dimenticare: buoni piatti della tradizione, buon servizio, prezzi non esosi. Ha tutti gli ingredienti per farsi ricordare come ristorante da scegliere per la prossima volta che tornerò a Parma. Menzione speciale per la giardiniera.

More than a trattoria, a restaurant. Let's say that the restaurant has a familiar, easy-going atmosphere, the kind manners of the owner and his (I presume) daughter. Nice environment, clean, quick service, food as good as we had imagined. What can I say, a really nice place. It's a shame to be passing through, otherwise we could happily return.

Very good family restaurant, warm welcome by the owner. The pasta was delicious. To redo
