The trattoria atmosphere is ideal for a family lunch or a group of friends. The traditional menu features excellent first courses, tasty tigelle (crescentine), and, I must say, excellent gnocco fritto. The cold cuts are also quality, and I also enjoyed the dessert. The price is a strong point.

Historic restaurant with top-notch tortellini. The rest is also excellent. The location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the plain. A sure thing.

The best restaurant in the entire province of Modena. A 10 out of 10!

We went to this restaurant two months ago on a Saturday. We arrived an hour before opening, but the hills are stunning. We had two appetizers, two tortellini, a roast, gnocco, and tigelle. Everything was good, I might add: I'd eaten the tortellini at a nearly Michelin-starred restaurant in Bologna, and they were definitely better here on the hill. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent tortellini, excellent tigelle, excellent wine!!

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart because I risk not finding a place for lunch again (I'm joking, of course, a review is due!) This is a well-known and favorite trattoria, but today they outdid themselves (it's our 29th wedding anniversary). The place is packed, but despite everything, the waitresses (very good and attentive) take orders quickly, and the dishes arrive quickly. The first courses are excellent and plentiful, with the gnocco and tigelle being top-notch (having served at festivals, I know how easy it is to make a mistake with gnocco and tigelle). We ordered 2 rosettes, tagliatelle with ragù, tortellini in broth, tortellini with cream, gnocco and tigelle with cold cuts, and mature cheeses. and stracchino, jams, netelle, lard, 1 liter of house Lambrusco Grasparossa (excellent), 3 still waters, a sorbet and 2 jars of mascarpone, 4 coffees, 5 place settings for a total of €130 (about €26 per person...); located on a hill at 435m above sea level amidst stunning hills and at this time of year the foliage is in full bloom... absolutely highly recommended!

Spectacular, we dined al fresco despite the heat of those days. Excellent service, great food, and good value. We'll definitely return. Recommended for those who love tranquility, as it's on a hill with a beautiful view.
