Frequentiamo la Trattoria Del Bivio da quasi 20 anni e ogni volta è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. La cucina di Massimo è incredibile, i suoi piatti non deludono mai, la grande attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, la tecnica e lo lo studio dietro ogni piatto, portano la clientela in un viaggio gourmet stellare. Nonostante il menù raffinato e l'ambiente elegante, Selia, la proprietaria, ti fa sentire come a casa, guidandoti in questa incredibile avventura enogastronomica, con sapienza e professionalità. Dopo la cena abbiamo pernottato in una bella stanza in stile Langa con una fantastica vista sulle colline, di fronte alla piscina interna riscaldata. Abbiamo concluso questo fantastico weekend con una lauta colazione interamente preparata dalla cucina esaltando prodotti del territorio, come la crema di nocciole, pane e brioches di loro produzione, uova strapazzate e ogni ben di Dio si possa immaginare. Consiglio a chiunque di provare quest'esperienza. Noi come sempre torneremo! Grazie di cuore Selia e Massimo!

We had lunch at Trattoria del Bivio and were satisfied. The restaurant is located right on a crossroads, so the view is not memorable, but the interior is nice and welcoming. The food is excellent, especially the tajarin: a must try! The appetizers and desserts were also very good, except for the chocolate ice cream which unfortunately didn't taste like chocolate at all, the only negative note of the lunch. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent value for money: two of us had 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 desserts and 4 glasses of wine, spending €100. Recommended for those looking for good Piedmontese cuisine in a simple but refined environment.
