Very warm welcome, delicious crispy and light pinsa, the other dishes very good too, very good value for money. Highly recommended.

A true marvel! From the cold cuts to the first course to the grill, everything was perfect! Very nice and kind managers.. A must try for you.. A must come back for us!

The meat was good but the first course on the fixed menu was from the C series! They weren't strangozzi (I don't remember what they're called) so fresh pasta but something else. For the rest not bad.

Good food in a quiet and spacious environment; very polite service; Exquisite truffle appetizers and good, very tender meat (two fillets per main course). Excellent side dishes and good value for money. We'll be back

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a Norcia e ci siamo trovati bene . Ambiente semplice contornato da personale gentile e simpatico . Piatti molto buoni dagli antipasti ai dolci tutto molto saporito e genuino , il tartufo poi a noi è piaciuto particolarmente. Lo consiglio e magari ci torneremo anche noi ripassando da quelle parti .

Servizio molto cordiale e premuroso; locale comodo e tavoli ben distanziati; cibo squisito, carne tenerissima e tartufo buonissimo. Ottimo e abbondante l' antipasto misto, con una omelette al tartufo eccellente. Siamo molto soddisfatti, e torneremo a mangiare qui ogni volta che saremo a Norcia

23/05/2025: We had a wonderful time at La Pergola this afternoon. We stumbled upon it by chance while cycling around Lake Trasimeno. A very friendly welcome, delicious menu, very reasonable prices, and the cherry on top: a terrace under a very cute and typical pergola. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
03/05/2025: We got there without knowing the place. It was worth it! We took a mixed platter for 2, with excellent products, and two Cinta Senese first courses. Everything was excellent! Fast, very attentive and courteous service! The bottled wine was excellent and we were well recommended! What can I say... Too bad we're not in the area, otherwise it would have been good to come back to try something else! Compliments!
