Not a typical Aosta valley cuisine restaurant. The owner makes a point to have only dishes that are not from the region, as this is a restaurant that the locals like and frequent. The menu changes quite frequently. The dishes are delicios and the service with a smile and good joke.

A small gem of national (not local) cuisine. The service and hospitality are classy in their simplicity, and that's the most remarkable thing about it. The price is fair considering the care and quality of the ingredients. I recommend it to those with discerning palates, but not for those looking for international or traditional cuisine.

The owner travels Italy in search of top-quality ingredients, which he then serves at his restaurant with simple, home-style cooking—in other words, authentic Italian cuisine. Everything was so good we even had to swap a few bites between everyone's choices. A truly excellent dining experience, at a truly reasonable price. Congratulations!

Excellent food served in a lovely setting. The menu offered rich and flavorful dishes, not to mention the extraordinary goose-fat fried potatoes. The waiter who served us was friendly and quick.

Always a wealth of new additions, and the restaurant continues to amaze with its quest for new ideas. The quality is consistently high. It never disappoints. Every time, it's a pleasant surprise. The quality has remained unchanged over time, and the prices are always reasonable.
