This little trattoria is a gem, away from the tourist bustle, but only a 10-minute walk from Aosta's main square. The menu is small and thoughtful, with perfectly-executed dishes that change seasonally, and a deep and interesting wine list. It's also a great value, with prices that are considerably less than other parts of the town, for better quality. Call for a booking, as the charming but small space fills up quickly.

We had lunch at the Fiera di Sant'Orso with our friends and had a fantastic experience! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, welcoming us and treating us with great courtesy. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was simply spectacular. We chose the house wine by the glass, and we were thrilled—really good! Not to mention the value for money. There are no words to describe how much we loved it—highly recommended!

Today at lunch with friends we had a great time, excellent food, kindness of the owner. I recommend it.

Small and cozy place, good food, little choice but decent

From the outside, the place isn't very attractive, but as soon as you cross the threshold, the atmosphere changes. A clear passion for Spain and the Pamplona bullfights adorns every wall. The rest of the place is simply but charmingly decorated. The manager waits tables and offers a menu (which varies depending on availability) with many interesting dishes. I was on the marinaresco and didn't expect to taste expertly crafted flavors of bottarga or octopus 🐙 (the menu is in the photos). The only downside is the coffee, which is good quality but comes from a "machine." Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Whenever you feel you are a bit tired of the heavy mountain food, this is a fantastic place to indulge in a variety of yummy Italian specialties. The menu varies almost every day, which is a guarantee of quality and of the freshness of the fish, meat and vegetables. Very good selection of Italian wines.

A lovely trattoria where you can really taste the passion behind every dish. The ingredients follow the rhythm of the seasons and the menu often changes depending on what’s freshest and available. Every plate is full of flavour, made with care and genuine attention to detail. The owner personally looks after every guest with warmth and passion, making you feel truly welcome. The wine list is wide and full of character, just like the place itself. Simple, honest and truly memorable.

We found this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent cuisine it offers. The menu is limited but truly good, featuring refined products from various regions; it doesn't offer local cuisine. The atmosphere is simple, and the owner who serves the tables is very kind and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable for the offerings; we will definitely be back. The tuna with vegetables is very, very good.
