Very nice restaurant but unfortunately cold perhaps due to the presence of windows that were not well sealed. We ate a second carbonara and cacio e pepe but I wasn't very satisfied, the pasta was cooked perfectly but the taste of both was too strong so much so that I couldn't distinguish the flavors well. Small portion of lamb (4 cutlets) for €22. Prices a little high. Slightly long waiting times.

Traditional Roman first courses executed to perfection. The meat is also excellent, soft and very tasty. The welcome from the house was also much appreciated. A positive note is also the bread basket with different types and croutons.

Well-made Roman cuisine with special dishes, 90% of the menu is meat-based, very welcoming location! Very seasoned and tasty dishes, difficult to eat every day.

Typical Roman cuisine of excellent quality. They also have quality cuts of meat (t-bone, rib-eye etc.) and also special ones (kangaroo) Waiters always very helpful Parking nearby is not exactly a given.

Here you can taste special dishes from bison meat to zebra or crocodile, kangaroo, deer, wagyu reindeer and ostrich... excellent compliments to the very kind staff.

Sabbia e Sale feeling beach

26/10/2024: I have been going to Sabbia e Sale for years and I must say that it is a beautiful, clean, well-kept beach, a refined and elegant location. Kind staff. Courteous owners.
24/09/2024: Until now we can only say good things about it, the owners are good people. The location is fantastic, I also dealt with the sister of the Conchiglia campsite: she is also a genuine person. With this family-run business, quality is assured. I predict that in a few years, thanks to them, Isola Verde will be a better place. Meanwhile, my family and I chose SABBIA E SALE FEELING BEACH for the wedding and baptism. We chose to do all this after a corporate event that went very well. Stay connected!
