A historic restaurant in the city, once a highly regarded landmark. The current management offers Roman cuisine prepared with precision and without compromise. We returned today, after a few years, and the restaurant has not only maintained its quality, but has even improved. We were very satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the friendly, professional service. The first courses, such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, and gricia, are meticulously prepared, using flavorful ingredients and delivering top-notch results. The Roman-style artichokes and puntarelle salad also give you a taste of Rome.
They also offer "alternative" meats: kangaroo, zebra, reindeer, and the like. Personally, I prefer to stick to tradition, but in the past I tried a nice cut of bison. The price is reasonable for what's on offer.
The space is spacious and the atmosphere is family-friendly, yet quite refined. Well done.

Good morning, we're a group of friends who, recommended by a friend who runs a restaurant in Silea, had lunch at Ristorante Amelia Romana yesterday. What can I say? The welcome was top-notch, the food excellent, and the wait was quick. I'd say professionalism and expertise, and I say this because it's not a given. Thanks again, and we'll definitely be back!

Some time ago I went to this restaurant for a birthday party 🎈🎉 🎂, and was undoubtedly satisfied 👍. Arriving around 7:30 pm 🕢 for aperitif 🍸 (the covered veranda was pleasant and welcoming), I immediately treated myself to an Aperol spritz with a delicious fried fish skewer 🍢 🍤. The evening then continued in an indoor room with dinner itself. The tasting menu 📋 was truly excellent, consisting of an appetizer, two first courses 🍝, a second course with side dishes 🥗, dessert, and coffee ☕. To drink, water 💧 and red wine 🍷 (both Cabernet and Rabosello). Everything was truly exquisite 😋 (from the raw ingredients to the preparation) and served in a choreographically effective way. We were even offered a very welcome second helping of the first courses (risotto and pasta 🍝 with cheese 🧀 and pepper). A special mention goes to the tagliata 🥩, served in two variations (with balsamic vinegar and chopped pistachios), for its flavor and delicacy. To finish, a mascarpone cup 🧁 and coffee ☕. The staff were very kind and professional, always attentive and punctual in responding to our every need. Unfortunately, there isn't a dedicated parking area 🅿️, so you have to find a spot nearby. Other than that, I had a great time, so I definitely RECOMMEND IT 👍.

A superb lunch featuring ethnic meats such as zebra, reindeer, and kangaroo steaks, delicious 😍 the same goes for the side dishes and desserts.
The restaurant is very elegant, with super efficient and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back to try the tartare and other dishes.
