What can I say... I ate divinely at this trattoria, located on a quiet street in the residential neighborhood of San Massimo. I had pappardelle with guinea fowl breast and beef fillet in Amarone wine with cooked vegetables. Everything was delicious, especially the meat, juicy and tender. I finished with a classic, the tiramisu, soft and creamy, a cloud. I was also offered some delicious galani, which were very welcome. The service was courteous and attentive, everything was neatly arranged inside the dining room. Trattoria dal Gal is a guarantee 👌🏻🥇🏆

The first courses are delicious, perfect for a quick lunch break or for a tasting if you want to take it easy. Excellent value for money. Dessert: one of the best sbrisolona I've had in Verona.

I tried the tasting menu of the first courses. All the dishes were delicious, generous portions, and refined. Only one flaw: eating three different courses on the same plate and then eating the remaining two isn't exactly a "tasting" experience. Otherwise, it was impeccable.

04/02/2026: We went for lunch last Sunday. The place is very nice and well-kept, with traditional local cuisine and an excellent wine list. The food is remarkable and the portions are generous; the pasta is homemade and you can taste it! The service is excellent, fast, and very attentive; the staff is truly kind and welcoming. We ate really well and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!
